I have a had a good experience so far. Whenever I email with any issues they get resolved within 24 hours. I am pleased with the friendliness of the staff as well!

Thus far we've had a pretty good time here at the district. The staff is super nice, the maintenance team gets requests done quickly, there's pretty good amenities, the location is great (mostly because of the Sunlink and proximity to campus, nightlife, etc.), and the parking garage is nicely secure. There are some areas though that we see need improvement (1) the hallways, garage, surrounding sidewalks, even a bit in the pool area could be a little more well kept (2) also for what we pay to live here, the carpets in the bedrooms could be MUCH cleaner/better quality and the washer and drier should be upgraded (3) the floors need to be waxed because they make everyones feet turn black. Some people complain about noise but luckily we are on the 5th floor and so we don't have many problems with that. This is all we have for now, we did decide to renew our lease for another year because of the good experience we've had thus far!
I have really liked living here. I will be moving out after the summer after living here 3 years. It has been a great place to live and in a great location!
I’ve had a good time living here, little noisy and appliances break a lot but would recommend. Also being so close to 4th Ave and campus is great.
I enjoy the amenities the District has to offer. My apartment was very nice and clean when I moved in and maintenance was always timely and affective when I had an issue.
No real complaints...the staff is super friendly and helpful. Amenities are great (when they are open). When will the amenities open back up?
I like the pool, grills, and gym here. When I call to put in maintenance requests the staff while sometimes blow it off and not put in my request. The online portal does not work to put in maintenance requests. There is always dog poop everywhere when this is supposed to be a pet free apartment building. It also smells like trash here.
I love living here because the amenities and the location! I also appreciate the office staff and maintenance for keeping everything clean and well kept!
I have had a good experience living at the District on Fifth. My apartment works and looks great, and my bathroom is huge. I saw rats at the pool in September, but haven’t since then. Overall, it is very well maintained and I haven’t had any issues.
Could be a little cleaner , but staff and maintenance are super helpful and nice !! Nice features and super safe community perfect distance from downtown and right on 4th avenue
I’m sorry but my last year (out of three) living at the district was the least ideal. The security is useless and the management team keeps residents in the dark when things happen. For instance, my sophomore year (2017-2018) there was a break-in down the hall in my friends apartment and people held at gunpoint, cops called and everything—yet other residents were purposefully kept unaware. The district also did nothing when my apartment was trespassed by two ex maintenance workers at 8pm (my roommates were home) and the cops were called in 2018-2019 year. Again kept other residents in the dark. This year, bullets flew through the ceiling of one of my friends on the third floor and STILL residents were kept in the dark. LET ALL THE RESIDENTS KNOW WHEN STUFF HAPPENS!!! So gross to keep people uninformed. Most (not all) of the girls at the front desk are extremely nice, helpful, and amazing—they were the only good of living at the district this year. I would’ve rather paid $1200 to live in a different apartment complex. On that note—my rent was $804 a month this year while other residents were only paying $550-600 for the same units. Management would not lower my apartment’s rent to match the others. Stop taking advantage of college students who have no money, student loans, full time school, and part time work. Just such a disappointment. Revamp the security (like ACTUALLY this time), hire competent people, stop inflating rent for people who’ve lived there for multiple years. And fix the doors around the buildings. They’re always broken.
The district gives great customer service and amazing environment to be in! it’s a relaxing place to live and the people are super nice, neighbors and staff!
I really like the amenities, I loved how the gym turned out. The community on the district is extremely great; the staff is always super nice, helpful, and reliable.
Great place to live! I love the space I live in and the size of it. I also love all the amenities that they offer. I feel like I have everything I need here.
Location is slightly sketchy but the community is nice and the rooms are pretty big for a college apartment. I would most likely live here again next year.
Good place to be. Close to campus! My room is spacey and big. My room is homely. The place collects dust a bit easy but other than that it is good. It is a bummer the hottub is closed due to vivid-19
Overall, I have had an okay experience. I was initially very annoyed with the sound of the trains all night, but eventually got used to it. I am extremely disappointed that the key fabs and doors were almost always broken. I felt safe for the most part but there were times I did not feel safe based on the lack of secure doors. The printer and computers were almost always not working, as well. The gym was nice, but a little bit too small. I was also bothered by the thin walls because I could hear people walking and talking through the hallways. The trash almost always smelled. I do like the location, but it would have definitely been better if I had a car. The elevators sometimes broke and there was dog pee in the hallways sometimes. I did not appreciate maintenance coming in unannounced, I would have preferred to set up a time. Other than than the apartments are nice, but not my favorite.
I’ve been living at Do5th for 3 months now and it has been a good experience so far. Living right next to a busy street and train has been a major adjustment, but you adapt. Students can be rude but overall it’s a nice place to live.
Good location and amenities/price ratio for 2019. However, prices seem to be raising for this coming year which mat prevent me from renewing.
All of the associates are very helpful and welcoming and I have absolutely loved my experience so far! The best part might be the pool, which is always clean, sunny, and available for me and my friends !
I have enjoyed my time at the District. The amenities are nice: the pool, the free printing, the gym, etc. My room and bathroom are a nice size and the community is quite pleasant.
overall very average. walls are extremely thin, you can hear everything going on outside. not worth the price, wait to sign until they drop the rent
A good community that has great amenities and staff. The rooms are large and spacious. The hallways get cleaned relatively frequently as well.
The staff is always very helpful and maintenance is very fast. The building has good security and amenities and is very close to campus. There can be a lot of noise from the street, but overall the apartment itself is a nice environment.
The district on fifth provides a secure and warm community environment for its residents. The apartment amenities are updated and offer great services for our appliances that need to be fixed.
Great apartment complex overall. Rooms have a lot of space and the kitchen is great. Pool and gym are nice as well. It is close to campus and downtown. Good place to live.
it’s been a good experience for my first apartment. i love how close it is to campus to where you can either walk or take the sunlink. 4th street is around the corner for a good time
great gonna love here next year very nice very fun very fun in the sun i love it so much great gym and pretty quiet love the fourth floor so much
Living at the District has been a lot of fun. There have been some slight issues with our amenities but they are usually taken care of promptly. I love living with my best friends and the fifth floor has been amazing.
The community and place are great, the construction is the only thing that makes me sad. The facilities are amazing and the staff are great.
I love living at the district! It is always very quiet and I have a beautiful view of the mountains and sunset. I love coming home, the style of the apartments are so welcoming and homey.
Excited to move in this upcoming fall! Everyone has been so helpful throughout this process. Heard nothing but good things from friends who lived here in the past.
Living here is fun and convenient for school. And as long as you don't have to noisy of a neighbor it's great! I have great roommates and I love living here
Staff is very accommodating and easy to work with., especially during the application process. The amenities at the District rival the more expensive places near campus, but the price here is so much better.
The rooms are really nice with the new remodel, and there's plenty of space. However, the dirt in the tubs could use a deep clean. Overall, positive experience
I have recently moved into the District and so far my experience here has been great. I was placed with random roommates who were already lifelong friends but I was glad with my placement there because they made me feel welcome within the shared space.
District on 5th is an awesome community to be a part of. The people here are great and the location gives so many options for things to do! I'd recommend anyone to live here.
I've really enjoyed living at my apartment in the District on 5th. The apartment building is very nice, with big apartments and nice courtyards, and neat amenities. My main complaint is how people speed through the parking garage + a lack of cameras in the garage.
I really like living here. The amenities are great and the roommates I got paired with are a perfect match. The issue we had with one of them got solved very quick. My only complaint would be that I wish the halls would get cleaned more often.
Nice maintenance/staff. That’s probably they’re only redeeming quality. That and the redone gym. Management is absolutely horrible and takes advantage of college kids
I have been living at The District for 2 years now and I have loved every experience I've had. My apartment will always be my first real home and I will absolutely miss this place once I leave after graduation. I recommend The District to anyone looking for a nice, comfortable, friendly environment.
Such a great environment to be apart of. It’s not too loud and not too far away. The ammenties are great and everyone is extremely friendly. Great place to live
Thus far we've had a pretty good time here at the district. The staff is super nice, the maintenance team gets requests done quickly, there's pretty good amenities, the location is great (mostly because of the Sunlink and proximity to campus, nightlife, etc.), and the parking garage is nicely secure. This is all we have for now, we did decide to renew our lease for another year because of the good experience we've had thus far, but we did consider moving to another complex because of the issues described.
The tour guides were super helpful and we love the place. I’m excited to move in next semester! The amenities look awesome and I love the new gym.
Beautiful, great location, great service. I am not living there yet, but I am seriously looking forward to moving in. I am literally counting down the days.
Perfect living space for college students. Not far from campus and over all a great atmosphere. Very nice pool and the workers are great and very helpful too
The application process with the district was very smooth and easy and I can't wait to live here in the fall of 2020! I get to live with 4 of my friends and I'm looking forward to it
Things easily break frequently. This complex is not in the safest area at all. Staff is helpful and understanding but not in the most timely manner.
I will be a new resident here in the fall and I'm pumped. Can't wait to live off-campus in an affordable place and great location, with many amenities
Great community as of right now, havent had any troubles. I love the staff, they are very flexible with issues that might come up as well as overall positivity.
I love living at the District. All of the employees are so kind and looking out for my best interest at all times. I am very excited to live here for another year!
I love it, everyone is very friendly and is always up for hanging out. Everyone is very nice and down to earth and I made friends here the first day!
I love the location of the apartment complex. It is close enough to campus that transport isn't and issue but far enough that I don't always feel stuck at school. The amenities and residents are amazing
I have loved it so far! The customer service has been great. The tour was so helpful in choosing the right place for me. They were able to put me in the right room with my friends and now we’re having the best time
Loud all the time and appliances are broken very expensive not worth the money but the staff means well wish the board would fix our concerns.
minor issue with the apartment specifically appliances and flooring but overall very nice place to live and would definitely recommend it to others!
Nice warm room, love the printer in the computer room! Also new equipments in the gym are awesome! Big kitchen for cooking and maintenance is always online!
I really enjoy living here. It is very well located and the pool is really nice. For the most part, it isn't too loud but the train can get loud at night.
Honesty I love it here, close to campus and downtown Tucson. The only thing would be construction since 6am and the train horn is very loud all night.
Great location, reasonable price, friendly staff.
Roomate selection could be better, but I know that's difficult to ensure. Perhaps interviews for a deeper screening process for better connections.
Being on 4th Ave has been great! The access to so many shops and restaurants while also being close to campus is super convenient. The 4x2 apartment is nice and I don't regret spending my sophomore year here.
I really enjoy the district, however, I think that they could offer more events for the community. In addition, people could benefit from a cleaning service that people could buy for cheap.
Pool is nice, building is a little loud. The maintenance team is really great though. Prices are fairly reasonable too. Overall it's a solid place to live.
I love living in the District! The location is amazing and only a 10 minute walk to campus. One area I truly love in my apartment is the kitchen. I enjoy being able to cook in a great kitchen with amazing appliances. The newly upgraded work out room is another great feature living here.
I like living at the district , Its close from campus and downtown, we have a gym and a swimming pool. The appartements are big we have space to have gests.
Overall great experience so far, the staff and management were very helpful with any questions I’ve had! Especially with the new fitness center I place, I don’t have to leave the District!
I love my experience at the district on 5th. The apartments are very nice. I like my roommates. I love how my apartment I nearby campus while at the same time nearby downtown.
I don't think I could have picked a better apartment complex to be at during school than the District. It's walking distance to campus, just off the interstate, and right up the street from all food and nightlife you could ask for. High quality, good service, great amenities.
Good, security is not great, and the gym 'upgrade' is really a downgrade because of the removal of so many machines and weights that weren't necessary to remove.
Love living here, the apartment puts on so much for its residents. Great customer service at the desks. Such an amazing student housing experience
Everyone in the building-residents and staff- are super nice! It makes living out of state a lot easier. The amenities are also great and I love that we have a washer and dryer in the unit.
I genuinely enjoy living at The District. The location is proximal to campus and the staff is always really friendly whenever I have a question or come downstairs to pick up a package.
Okay place to live because of convenience. Extremely thin walls, can hear everything going on outside on the streets. Washer has broken multiple times. Not very responsive customer service
Fun place to live. Great Amenities. Only problem is that is gets very loud sometimes which makes it hard to study. But the transportation to school is not a problem either. The Sunlink is a big help
It is a very nice place to live in for student, especially it is near campus but It gets noisy sometimes which I don’t like but overall all it is a nice place.
I have enjoyed living at the District for the last two years. It is both close to the UofA campus and downtown. There is also the SunLink right outside on 4th Ave, which is how I get to class everyday! The amenities are equipped with everything I need to get a workout in or go for a swim. Management is friendly and helpful as well!
Jaicee Kay M.
I love the furnished apartment and the closeness to campus! The parking lot can be very cramped and narrow along with the bike parking station, but overall, I have enjoyed my experience here.
For the price it’s been fine but I will not renew at a higher rate then I am paying now. Also my room is sooo bright from outside lights even blackout shades don’t help. Bars next door are unbelievably loud
The staff and community are so friendly! They are always holding little events for the residents as little Pick-me-ups throughout the semester. Although, the noise from construction is so loud. The amenities (gym, computer lab, laundry, dishwasher) are very convenient but they could use some updating.
I couldn’t ask for a better place to live! The facilities are clean, the apartments are beautiful and I love the friendly atmosphere of the community. I live in a 3x3 and the apartment layout is great with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. I am always telling my friends to come live here!
I've loved living here at this apartment it was a great choice for my first pick ever! It's very close to school and also stores and fun things to do
Overall not a great experience living here. My entire time here has been a struggle to get in contact with management unless they’re threatening you about something. Had a manager get in my face and yell at me and made me extremely uncomfortable.
Amazing atmosphere and amazing staff! Love it! Everyone that works here is super helpful and friendly. They welcome you to a place that feels strange at first but over time it feels like home thanks large in part to the staff. The environment is very college college like and I love that as well
It is a very secure apartment that I feel safe and comfortable living in. The staff is always very helpful and the times I have needed to use maintenance it was very quickly dealt with. There is some noise from 4th Ave due to the location and the halls can be somewhat unkept, but the interior of the apartments are nice and in pretty good shape. It's also very close to campus and the sunlink stops.
Love the resources that the apartment community has provided and the social events are a warm way to get to know the residences! Great community!
Love it so much!!!!!!! Noise level is a little much near the road. but otherwise great location and also has such an amazing variety of amenities!!!!
All in all not a great place to live. You would be better off spending a little bit more money and living closer to campus. Management takes advantage of the residents for money
Typical college apartment, can be loud on weekends? but people are nice and friendly, great rent prices make up for it. Near campus which is great .
This year ive been super disappointed with upkeep, management, and amenities here. The WiFi is absolutely horrible and the fact that it has shut out for more than a day at a time more than once this last month is crazy. The halls, trash area and garage have been disgusting. There has been throw up in the hall for days, there’s been sticky liquids spilled and no one is cleaning them. There was a shooting in an apartment and a resident who lived above them was almost shot, yet we didn’t find out anything about it and I only found out through my friends. Management needs to do a better job about telling us when these things happen, it’s so much worse when we find out on our own. It’s crazy to pay $850+ a month for this when literally all of us are miserable here.
I've honestly had a pretty great time at the district thus far. Other than a few things like slow maintenance on the gym equipment, carpets that need a serious deep cleaning (not just the steamer that can be run through the room), and price discrepancies (we are all still irritated that some people are paying $500+ for 4x2's and we are paying $800+) I feel like everything else has been great. The location is awesome, the staff is extremely friendly (even if they aren't the fastest all the time), and our actual apartment has been a blast. Not every college apartment is going to be perfect so I'm ok with the flaws to a certain degree, but I hope to see the District continue to grow and better itself in the future. We aren't positive if we are going to renew our lease, especially because of the strange ranges of prices for both lease and electricity, but if we could negotiate ourselves a good deal I definitely wouldn't mind living here again.
I love the District! The staff is very friendly and it is a very open community that I enjoy being a part of. The apartments have some flaws but are overall extremely nice and close to campus!
I generally enjoy living at the district. I like how responsive the maintenance team is to the needs of residents. Sometimes the building can be a bit loud and sometimes a little dirty.
The disposal barely works and the stove is very old and heats up too fast where it sets off the fire alarm. But the price is great and the pool is fine. The workout room could use updating because the machines are very old. And we need better and more security.
I have really enjoyed my stay well. I like that every way to get into the buildings are secured. I also like that people clean the elevators and garages. Maintenance is also very fast when you put in a request. Security guards and staff and very nice.
great i love the district its a great price and close to campus and has lots of layout options love having my own bathroom and kitchen and living room
Amenities like the pool area and the clubhouse are very good, but the corridors need to be clean more often.
Apartaments are well equiped and have been renewed reciently
Rooms are nice except when you first move in you need to clean walls and floors. Beds are sturdy and comfy, bathroom showers get dirty easily but just clean it. kitchen and living room space is nice too and lots of storage places. front doors are pretty banged up but overall its a nice apartment.
Great place, near from downtown and the UofA.
The room are big enough and the kitchen as well.
The pool is amazing, and the staff are nice !
I absolutely have loved living at The District for the past three years! Moving in was so smooth and they were great at answering all of my questions and being accommodating. Since living here I have had no problems at all! The office is great and so is security.
Its good so far, kind of noisy at times and the walls are pretty thin so I can hear my neighbors bed squeaking whenever they are having some fun time at 3 to 4 AM but other than that it is nice. It being furnished was a huge plus and having newer appliances are nice.
The District on 5th have amazing staff that are kind and helpful! The application/moving in process was quick and easy. The 4x4 are amazing and affordable! The best thing about the District is the location, U of A is a 10 min walk or simply take the link to class!
Such a fun and friendly environment. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. I also really enjoy the building space and all of the extra amenities
The district has is very conveniently located near the University of Arizona campus, banner health center, and 4th avenue so its nice to be close to everything. I just wish the pool was 24 hours
Overall good experience. The maintenance requests take about a month to process (or longer), which is kind of frustrating. There is also a bar next to here that plays music super loud until 2 AM on Friday and Saturdays.
I have really enjoyed the first couple months I've lived here. The atmosphere is super chill and everyone that I have met have been nice as well. Would definitely recommend living here.
I love living here. I real laid back environment with great staff, especially the security team. The office is helpful. My favorite part might just be the location though.
Clean apartment with helpful staff. This place is so close to the university that I’m able to walk to school everyday. It’s also right next to the 4th ave bar/restaurant area. Great spot
Over all the building is nice, the train near here is just so load. It drives me nuts. The water pressure is very low as well as the maximum water temperature. When I take a shower I will just turn the water to it's max temperature and will still be a little cold.
It has been great! No load noises or troubles. I found that the people in my hall are friendly and are open to helping me if I need something that is urgent.
overall i really like living here at the district. i like living in the first building and being so close to the pool and gym. only problem i can think of is that sometimes the pool gets really loud around 1am
Everyone has been really nice, kind and helpful. My apartment and room are just lovely. I think that an area of improvement is the amenities, all the times I have wanted to go to the pool it is really dirty and because of that I do not want to get in; and my maintenance request took about a month to be taken care of. Other than that everything has been good so far.
I love it here. Very laid back and people are friendly. It can get loud sometimes tho, not very soundproof, however overall the experience here is quite enjoyable and I plan to live here again next year!
I enjoy living at the District. It's relatively close to campus which makes walking or biking easy for class! It also has a nice vibe and the amenities are sweet. The only issue is the noise which can be quite loud especially on Fridays and Saturdays.
Its great living here, my random roommates turned out to be the best! The gym is lacking a little and sometimes people throw up in the hallway, but that all depends on the residents.
I really am enjoying the District on 5th during my first time leasing here. I think I will renew my lease for future school years here since the people at the apartment are very welcoming and accommodating.
Bailey Elizabeth H.
I have lived at the district for 3 years and have found it to be a great place. The maintenance staff always is fast and compassionate. Great location though I think that the rent is expensive.
pretty good i enjoy living here because it’s cheap and close to campus so it’s nice because i can get there quickly while having cheap rent !
Great staff, great amenities. The cable is consistent and the fitness facility is very good. My only concern is the internet which is complete dog shit.
close to campus and offers great amenities such as computer room, gym, pool, and study room. the noise can be a little too much at times but it doesn’t get too out of hand. overall a great place to live and get to know new people.
The apartment is amazing. I love everything about the District. Unfortunately, when me and my roommates toured in the spring, we were told we would have a pool-view, and we most definitely do not have a pool view:(
Very good facility with good amenities. I have enjoyed my time here over the past year. The staff is very friendly and the complex is clean.
It combines price and location. It is close both the downtown and the campus. However I'd recommend they clean the pool more often. In addition, I think it would be great idea if they had apackage where you could choose to have pans, sheets and all the stuff needed to live
It's a great place to live, the pool area could be a little better maintained. Other than that I'd say it's a pretty good place to live if you're looking for something off campus.
Great apartments, great location! The worst part is that people like to party on weekdays and it can be super loud. Other than that though, management is great and it's been a good 3 years here.
Tatum Elizabeth K.
Inexpensive, extraordinary staff. Super enjoyable experience and I am very glad I chose to live here. I highly recommend this to anyone who hasn't lived in an apartment and are looking for somewhere where they will help you out
living here has genuinely been a great experience so far. every staff member has been more then helpful and accommodating. i love my apartment and 100% consider it home.
The thing I love the most about the district is living so close to uofa campus. The staff is always very friendly and helping. The amenities are great and beneficial.
I love the location of the district and access to everything by being in the center of tucson. The staff is really helpful but maintenance is unresponsive and there was damage to the apartment when we moved in.
I love the apartment layouts! I enjoy the pool and location a lot. The location is amazing I absolutely love it! I have enjoyed living here the last two years
Great location for the price, bedrooms and big not appliances could be updated because there have been many issues with them. The pool is a great size and so is the workout room.
It's pretty loud on Thursday-Saturday nights with all of the bars and parties. But it's super conveniently located to the UA, the staff is super friendly and accommodating, and the gym is pretty well equipped. Overall, it's a popular place to live and its fun.
I really enjoy living in the District. So far switching into a new apartment has been improving my experience. I really enjoy my view of the campus and being on a higher floor. I find it really convenient to know when the Tram is coming just from my living room window.
I have had a very pleasant experience at the District on 5th. Other than a few maintenance tasks that took it a little while to be completed we have had a very positive experience.
I love living here it is super affordable in comparison to the other student housing in the area and the extra amenities that they provide are great as well!
I completed a J Turner Research survey that was sent to my email. This was the confirmation code that it gave me and I was told to enter it into "my dashboard" but I cannot find where that is.
It’s been great! Maintenance is a bit slow but amazing place otherwise!! The pool is one of the best and a lot of fun to go to with a group of people to just hang out. The gym here has everything you could need and is surprisingly big for an apartment gym.
Overall great experience living here so far but I hate how early the pool closes because I never get to enjoy it since I get done so late with school related stuff and the office is not always the most helpful
The apartments at the district on 5th are very spacious, and amenities are nice! The in-unit washer and dryer are a nice touch. It can be loud sometimes, but that’s the consequences of living in a complex geared towards college students.
I love it here! Everyone is amazing and i love the apartments. The only downside is how bad they are emailing. My favorite part about the district is that there’s a gym downstairs to use daily!
Happy with random roommate selection, as well as amenities included. The AC system works very well and everyone has been fairly friendly. The pool are could be cleaned/maintained slightly better however.
Overall, amazing experience so far! All of the staff has been insanely helpful! The community is really nice and there’s not much to look down on!
Really great except for the floors that turn out feet black no matter how much we mope and sweep them. Other than that everything has been excellent
I enjoyed my first month here. Everything is great but the sidewalks need to be changed and some of the equipments in the gym too like the squat machine is old.
Living at the District has been one of the best parts of my college experience so far. I feel so safe here and I love that there is so much to do in the neighborhood! The staff is always so helpful whenever I need anything and we have such great amenities.
Overall fine, had a lot of damages in the apartment when I moved in that still haven’t been fixed and issues with the noise. Not bad for a first apartment.
Great experience I love living here. I even referred my friend to live with me and he is now my roommate. The amenities are all very nice and the parking garage is a plus.
Living lifestyle here could be better. Maintenance requests take too long to be done and trash bins in the garage and the big ones outside make it unbearable to walk to our rooms because of the odor.
Amenities are great, pool, gym, parking garage. However it is so loud here. Walls are paper thin and can hear everyone walking by on the street, if your roomate plays music off their earbuds your can hear it. Lots of really annoying frat dudes live here also so be cautious if that’s not the right scene for you
The office is super nice :) I came and saw the apartments and signed the lease the same day. Very happy with my choice. I also love the parking being on the same floor as my apartment.
Great community! Everyone is so friendly here and we all get along. The rooms are almost the same size as some dorm rooms. Really good price too
The District on 5th is really nice! Spacious bathroom and lots and wall space to decorate. The kitchen and living space are also really spacious and well maintained. I do have to complain about the noise level. There are a lot of pool parties so it can be quite loud. Also since my room is kind of tucked away in the building my window doesn’t let in a lot of light. I basically have to turn the light on in the middle of the day because it’s so dark.
Living here is nice but there are several problems. It is very loud at all times of day and there are spiders all over the place. It also took a long time with maintenance requests.
I enjoy being so close to the little downtown Tucson area and UA. I also appreciate the staff and their ability to handle situations in a timely manner--especially maintenance and repair. However, its extremely loud some nights. Weekends I expect a few parties to be going on, but sometimes there are a couple on weeknights. There's also a guy that yells at like 1am into a megaphone.
The apartment has been super nice so far. The people that live here are awesome. I feel like I’m super welcomed here. Not to mention the awesome pool area here.
So far living at The District on 5th has been a alright experience. I love how close to campus it is. I haven’t had any issues with my apartment, like inside or with my neighbors. But I do have a few issues. One the problems I have is people drive insanely fast in the parking garage and don’t care about other cars coming from the opposite direction, especially in the turns. So it’d be nice to drive in and out of garage without fear of someone crashing my car. The speed signs are literally tiny so I doubt people actually know the speed limit and they are most definitely not going 10MPH. And every night I hear a new druggie from 4th ave yelling crazy stuff. For example, last night at around 4AM I woke up to a man yelling and trying to fight a stop sign. And a week ago I was walking to Dairy Queen which is right around the corner and saw a man doing what I believe to be heroine outside in the parking lot of DQ and children having ice cream on the other side. Oh and the train is extremely noisy, and i cannot stress enough how noisy it is. Sometimes they’ll blow the horn 10 times in a row...
I like how there’s a gym and mail system, it’s located in a very nice spot w a good system of security (or i at least feel safe here). I have grown used to the room size and do like it as well
I love it here, the only problem is the midnight trains honking their horns buts besides that, everything is great! However, I’m still waiting for the rewards gift card that I was promised, besides that, the pool is great although it could be a little deeper. The community is great. I just wish I could live in the top floor.
Perfect living space for college students. Not far from campus and over all a great atmosphere. Very nice pool and the workers are great and very helpful too
Its nice when you first move in and honestly everyone is pretty chill and lax. But make sure you vibe well with your roommates. The pool is nice but there's a lot of misquotes you will get bit. your also right by campus so there's little things that can be fixed but all in all its pretty chill.
i just have a bad placement for my apartment, but other than that it’s been a pretty good experience! i have the street as my view on the first floor so i hear a lot when trying to sleep.
I have recently moved out of the house from Prescott to Tucson and District on the 5th is one of my new homes away from home I very much enjoy it here!
The garbage is right by the entrance so it stinks every time I go in. The amenities are awesome. I love the fact that the gym is open all day long.
Not great but not bad. Ran in to a lot if problems with room as soon as moved in & took awhile for maintenance to do anything about it. Other than that it feels very much like home and has friendly staff.
Bad WiFi, and it’s been more than 8 weeks and I still have not gotten my $750 visa gift card I was promised when I signed the lease, also it’s loud here, fire alarms go off all the time and there throw up stains on the concrete
The staff is always very kind and helpful and the buildings are well kept. It's in a good location that is close to campus and 4th Ave, so it is easy to get around. With the summer special, it is a good price for all of the amenities included and the quality of the apartments.
I enjoy it here, I do not like the smell of the trash or around the district. It is really hard to smell. I also think the communication could be better about things in the apartment.
In the past 3 years of living at the District ton 5th, my experience has significantly decreased. They will display their "lowest prices" when you re-sign a lease but the price went down hundreds of dollars months later after I had already signed for a more expensive price. The parking garage is becoming extremely dangerous. Although their are appliances in the apartment, they are starting to decline. Our stove and oven smell like gasoline, our air vents are never cleaned even after requesting for it. The blinds in the living room are constantly broken and not functioning. I have had several issues with rodents in the apartments. I do enjoy being so close to 4th Avenue but I have become very unhappy with the living situations within this past year.
Great amenities and a fantastic management. Only problem is noise. Every night I hear banging or music from at least one of my neighbors. But overall a good community and everyone is so nice.
I used to really like the district. My first year the customer service was great. However, this year the staff are unhelpful and almost useless. Any question I’ve asked them I almost always get “I don’t know” as an answer. The district refused to replace my grimy, scratchy, threadbare carpet that has god knows what spilled on it over the years, even though all my roommates have had theirs replaced. They refuse to lower our rent (we pay $850) when new residents are signing at $600. They guaranteed us the lowest rate, but nope. We’ve been loyal residents for 3 years and they’ve done nothing for us. I do not and will not ever recommend The District on 5th to anyone.
I’ve lived at the District for 2 years going on my third, the Location is great but the walls are very thin so it can get loud. But overall I enjoy living here.
Sometimes noisy, does not prioritize returning residents with lower pricing. Smoke alarms go off all the time for no reason. Parking garage lines need to be repainted. All else is great. Great service.
Good experience here so far. I like all of the employees and the maintenance we needed got done fast. Good location and good price. My roommates are good too
Horrible management. Been living here for 3 years and they treat you like you’re a piggy bank trying to get as much money out of you as possible.
I love the pool and how safe the building makes me feel! I also love my roommates and the layout of our apartment. Everyone i've met in the building and in the front office are super nice too!!
Move in process was easy and nice. Apartment was fully furnished, which made move in even easier. Staff is friendly and helpful, but only four stars rather than five because maintenance hasn't come yet.
It’s pretty nice living here it’s small than I thought caused when we did the tour the example model bedroom was bigger and hadn’t a shelf thing I did not have
Living here is great!!! the view is fantastic! the noise level is a little loud close to the street, but it is a nice walk to get to some cool places and a nice walk to the UA campus!
I just moved into the district on Monday! The room is definitely a lot bigger than I thought and I really love it, making it my cozy safe space over the next few weeks.
The amount of storage and living space is great! I enjoy the hard wood look of the floors and granite countertops. The cleanliness when we moved in could be improved.
The staff is incredibly responsive and helpful! The apartments are clean and spacious. The amenities are top notch and the location can’t be beat!
It's been okay! Sometimes noisy music, but overall a great experience the past 2 years! The maintenance staff could be more efficient, but there's only a couple of them, and they have a lot of tenants to deal with. If anything, management should hire a few more employees to support the staff.
Nice room was clean and Roomate’s were very similar to jynxy style of living. Nothing but positive thoughts atm, can’t wait to start at UOFA and see how the semester goes
The district is such a comforting place to live! I feel very safe here. I have met many friends here and I love how "home-y" the apartment is.
I am loving it so far! Great staff and amenities that make me feel comfortable and right at home. The stairs and trash chutes are very accessible and convenient as well.
The district on 5th has amazing hospitality. I have been locked out of my apartment on multiple occassions where the office has been closed even at 8 in the morning. Every time I was able to call District office hours and they were able to take me back to my room. They are always so friendly when I get a package and love to talk.
living here was an amazing experience! i always felt safe and comfortable and at home! Everything was always clean and the staff was always so friendly!
Excited to live here this year. For the cost of living the apartments and amenities are up to par and in person customer service has been great. However, the office staff forgot to email me my room number and when I tried to correct it a wrong email was put on file and it took almost a week to resolve. Other than the issue with my email, everything had been good so far.
I enjoy living at the district. I think the doors to the trash rooms should be kept closed as it typically smells bad when you walk by. Office staff are usually pretty helpful.
I had asked a few questions through the instagram and they didn't respond. :( Other than that, i've enjoyed my experience and can not wait to move in TOMORROW!!!!
I can not wait to live here! I am super excited to meet everyone here. I have only heard good things about The District on 5th. I am really excited to finally live at the apartments.
Everything is amazing. The people in the office help out a lot, the maintenance people get the stuff done quickly, the apartment gives out free food, and there never seems to b any issues
Better residents assistance but other than that that have liked it and loved the location. The amenities are good as well but it would Ben Niven
Overall my resident experience has been really good and I am looking forward to the upcoming year! Everyone so far in the community has been super nice and welcoming!
The front office staff are awesome and super helpful for new Residents and Setting you up to move in. Any questions are answered no problem, very easy to talk to and approach about any issue u may have.
Hallway and Garbage area smells bad, there are good amenities but it’s he great if there’s cool air in the hall way as well. Customer service is pretty good
I love it. The value, the people. Just great I didn’t think it’d be so easy to get my first apartment and love it so instantly. But I guess it’s happened.
Been a great experience over all. No complaints. Staff is great and always helpful. Neighbors are very respectful and nice. Having a parking structure is perfect for the summertime
I live in a 4x4 apartment at the district on 5th. It is a very nice apartment, especially for the price. I secured my lease for $574 a month with parking.
great awesome cool fun great awesome sick dope chill super chill love awesome fun nice great super cool i can’t wait to get my gift card wooh
It's nice but I wish it was a little closer to campus. It gets hard figuring out how to get to class every single day. Other than that I love it
I think the community is great. The staff are very respectful and helpful, you can see the security going around, maintenance has always been on time and never an issue. Overall, the staff and the building is great!
Love the community associated with the District on 5th, love the atmosphere it creates for my roommates and I to have a great living experience
I love the location and having everything that I need super close to me. It’s very convenient and the unit and building are very clean and nice. All the staff and neighbors are friendly and helpful whenever I need something.
Haven’t moved in yet but I’m so excited for this new experience! The district is close to close and has all the amenities including washer and dryer and best of all it’s fully furnished! The staff were also excellent in helping me with any questions I had
I have not started living here yet but the response times and communication have really made me love this place! I’m so excited to live here in the fall and can’t wait to fall in love w my apartment
The complex is very nice, and I can’t wait to live there. The gym was very impressive to me! The staff were very friendly and had lots of information about the apartments.
Living at the District is like home away from home! I love the pool and hot tub when I want to relax and my unit is so cozy! Management is always so helpful and kind too. They are always on top of everything and willing to help out. I especially love that it is so close to campus and Historic 4th Ave. It really is my favorite place to live!
I love living here! Super quiet and nice. It's conveniently located right next to campus, and the staff is always extremely helpful and kind!
Amenities are my favorite part. I like not having to leave my home to go the gym or relax at the pool. It's also very close to campus so I can get to class in 5 minutes on my bike and the Sunlink is right there next to the apartment if I need to lug my instrument to Fred Fox School of Music. Also, the staff is amazing -- always friendly and knowledgeable.
Love it! I really think that the price is the only thing a bit too much, but aside from that, all the amenities and luxuries offered, as well as the location from campus is great!
I haven’t lived there yet but I had friends that did and it was such a homey apartment. I stayed there often and couldn’t wait to move in myself.
From the short time that I've been a resident at the District I have only had excellent experiences with the staff, amazing amenities and welcoming community environment.
Management could be improved. Communication with residents could be improved. Nice amenities and apartments but dangerous/ scary location for residents. Multiple incidents have occurred in the area w/o management telling us anything.
Living at the District has been enjoyable. The amenities are incredible. The pool and gym are very nice and never too crowded or busy. Its also really nice that they have events at least once a month with free food.
I have no complaints about my stat at district on 5th. Nice staff who has helped answer any questions or concerns and nice community to live in. .
Its a good place to live, not a great one. Love how spacious the rooms are and all the storage available. Things that bothered me was maintenances response time and the times they came. Walls are extremely thin, we could hear everything from our upstairs neighbors. Staff is very friendly and I enjoyed the amenities. For the price, considering the competition, I wasn’t mad at it.
Sarah Joy G.
So far, the staff and community has been nothing but friendly and helpful. I love the community and the amenities offered here and I cannot wait to for this upcoming year!
Although I have yet to officially move into the District yet, they have made the application process so easy & rewarding, providing lots of help & insight as to what living at the apartment will be like. Super excited!
I go to the university of Arizona and stay in the Tucson building. The pool is beautiful, the building is well maintained, the taking room was a really nice touch. Best part is probably that the rooms are a good size and the rent is very reasonable
So far I really like it. It was my first choice as the place, amenities and apartments looked updated and comfortable. I really wanted my own bedroom and bathroom so in the 4x4 I was able to get that and look forward to having my own space but also the joint areas. I haven't tried any of the local restaurants yet but have heard there are some great ones with in walking distance.
Excited to live here! I already have friends who are residents who love living at the District! The amenities are nice and the location is so convenient in relation to the university. I'm also excited to spend summer days lounging by the pool :))
So far I have had great service from the staff and a good response time on everything I have asked for. The rooms themselves look amazing and the location is close enough to campus and close to fun things you can find to do. Overall a great experience.
The complex is great and the rooms are spacious. The complex is great and the rooms are spacious. The complex is great and the rooms are spacious.
overall, I enjoyed living here. Location was the main reason I decided to renew my lease. Although, I am unhappy with maintenance as well as the price. I noticed online the monthly price is significantly lower this year but when I contacted the office about the price difference, they were rude and did not provide me with any information regarding why I am paying a higher amount. I would not recommend this to friends.
I have had a pleasant experience with this apartment community. It was a somewhat easy application process and the tour of the apartment complex was nice.
Offer more community get together’s and allow residents to connect. This will create getting to know more people within the complex and make things more fun!
The district has great amenities offered to residents and the apartments are all good sizes with great appliances. The staff are all very nice.
A little loud at times mainly on the weekend. Also really easy to hear the people in the apartment above. Maintenance is super prompt and helpful. The workers in the leasing office are also helpful and friendly.
Renewed my lease ASAP and now they are renting out the same style unit I’m in for $100 less? Super irritating and I cannot get that same rent?
Even though I haven't moved in yet, the people and area is amazing. I feel like its very beneficial being that it is close to campus and it has amenities that other apartments do not offer
Living at the district has been a good experience. The staff are all very kind and are quick to help when needed. The amenities are nice as well.
nice apartments for the money. not a bad walk from school and people are cool. hallways are weird and smell sometimes but definitely worth the money
The apartment itself is very nice. The gym downstairs is convenient if you don’t want to go to the Rec. The spa is nice on cold days. I feel safe most of the time living here.
I love the District and cannot wait to live here! The area is close to campus and clean! I feel safe here and cannot wait to utilize all of the amenities like the pool and fitness area!
Living at the district is awesome. I’m super close to campus and other communities and restaurants. I like having my own bathroom and own bedroom.
Madison Taylor W.
Really liked the distrixt on 5th! Close to campus and close to 4th Avenue. Walkable to sun link station that can give you a ride to campus as well as downtown Tucson!
Overall the apartment is good and gets the job done. Parking can be a hassle when you do not have a parking pass and sometimes safety seems to be an issue. The noise from downtown can also be a bother on the weekends.
Awesome place, and seems very nice, clean, and safe. Can't wait to start living here in the fall. Very much looking forward to living in this new place.
Pretty good experience living here this year - not noisy, good amount of space, few issues overall. Random roommates were great - good living experience!
Absolutely loved the experience had a blast living at district. Will be living there again next year. The Pool is always clean and the game room is a blast.
The staff here is amazing!! They’re so friendly and they get stuff done!! I talk with some of my other friends in different apartment and their maintenance isn’t nearly as good. Love it here, A-.
I believe this apartment for student living is the best that I’ve seen in Tucson near the University of Arizona. I would not want to be living anywhere else next year and believe I am in the safest hands at the District.
I love living at the district! Everyone is so friendly. However, I would like the apartments to be more closely examined before moving into them
Really on top of noise complaints. Was woken up at an ungodly hour only a few times the entire year, and the situation was resolved promptly every time. Free printing is really nice.
I’d say it was a good experience, but you gouge us on all types of stuff such as parking. I wish your pricing was more reasonable and not raising by so much every single year.
Living at the district has been an amazing experience. I have loved living here. The apartments are so nice and they really feel like home. The staff is all so helpful and are always available to help whenever you need!
I have really enjoyed living in the District. One of my favorite amenities in my apartment is the kitchen. I am constantly cooking new foods in my amazing kitchen.
My experience at the District has been very good so far. The apartment itself is very nice and good for the price. Anytime I have an issue maintenance fixes it pretty quickly. The staff is always very nice and helpful as well!
Good area and appliances. Always had fast response whenever we needed service. Front desk people were always really friendly and helpful as well. Overall, really good experience.
A pretty good place to live and moderately priced for the area. Some crime and not entirely safe all the time but they're making improvements to compensate.
I really enjoy living at the district on 5th. My only reason for not giving the complex a 5-star rating is because of the constant elevator issues in the first building.
Rebecca Michelle A.
Living here so far has been great. It is close to campus, so close to a sunlink stop so I can catch the sunlink, and something I can afford. I resigned my lease for next year as well because I am very pleased with living here.
The District finally put in some security cameras and updated the pool area. The complex is attempting to make improvements but has a ways to go.
this place is very very fun to live. I love how close it is to everything and all of the ammenities provided. The management is very helpful as well
I love living at the District. Everyone is so nice and I have never had an issue with security or maintenance! They are always very reachable and easy to talk to.
District truly feels like home, it is clean and there are always events happening. The staff and residents are friendly and there when you need them.
Angelica Caroline C.
Great location and wonderful amenities, the only issue is noise. It can be quite loud some nights from other residents and sixth street is quite busy
I have generally liked living here, the building is always pretty quiet and kept clean. The one thing is that the areas by the trash rooms always smell very vile and I have to hold my breath every time that I walk by, not sure what you guys can do to help rectify that
I really enjoy the district and have found some of the most incredible friendships here. they focus so heavily on the community aspect and I enjoy the events and the upkeep of the amenities.
Brooke Elizabeth E.
The District of 5th is super fun and a great time to live here. It is not super loud so you are able to study in peace and the apartment hosts fun events
We have had problems with management and the upkeep of our apartment, but it is in a convenient location. I really enjoy that I have become best friends with my roommates.
The District on 5th is a great place to live and go to U of A! It is extremely nice to have cable and water included in rent and to have other amenities like the pool and gym.
It’s ok, the nieghbors are very loud and say that we are loud too. The rooms were broken when we arrived to move in but we dealt with it. Security is nice and the staff is amazing but the overall price is a little much for what u actually get
I have really enjoyed living here. The staff is very friendly and maintenance is really fast if there is an issue. My two issues are the gym is very small it is almost impossible to work out in there. Also there have been a few security issues at night so more security would be great!
I like living at the district. It’s super close to campus and we have a great pool and hot tub to use. The apartment set ups are super nice.
Madison Taylor W.
The facilities are pretty dirty, the gym machines never work, the walls are thin, everything in my apartment breaks and the rooms are small.
I love our apartment! There are some down downfalls but overall it is an amazing place to live. My room overlooks the university and mt. lemmon which is by far my favorite part
I wish there were more things within the community at the district. There are like once a month yet I think we should get more free events. At the time I applied to live at the district on 5th, I was being pitched more than what I am receiving now.
I think overall the staff are very nice. The maintenance do a good job, despite having to clean up after many messy college students. The security guards are walking around, and checking things out at night. The worst part is the loud train nearby, which is louder during the winter time. Overall, living here is good!
I've lived here for almost a year now and my overall experience has been great. I am renewing my lease with my current roommate, and we've had close to zero issues living here. When we did have some plumbing issues, maintenance was able to take care it quickly and fix the problem. Other than that, the living experience has been great and satisfying.
I always enjoyed that the pool area was clean, even if chairs had been moved and other community spaces were really clean and always presentable.
The pool closed too early for me but other than that the staff is AMAZING and maintenance is crazy fast!!! Overall an amazing place to stay.
The District on 5th is a great place to live! The workers are very friendly and the neighbors, although loud, are welcoming and the community is perfect for a college student.
The District is a great location for student housing. I love being on 4th Ave and only a half mile from campus. The service and maintenance is good but not great, and unless you live in a unit that faces others, there is not much of a sense of community. Other than that, it's a comfortable place for the current price.
The District is a nice place to live at. The courtyard areas are nice and its' distance from campus is close and convenient. The downsides are that often the maintenance portal does not work, but the front office is always super willing to help.
My residence experience at the district has been very good. The location is very nice for students because it’s close to campus and there are great amenities offered.
I love the convenience of The District, only a mile away from the UA. This location is unbeatable, as it is close to school and a variety of restaurants and other attractions. Sometimes, it can be a little loud but that's to be expected with student housing.
Overall I’ve had a positive experience, the location is a bit inconvenient, and lately the pool hasn’t had sunshine since the building is surrounding it. Otherwise, I have nothing bad to say about my experience
For the most part I have had a pretty good experience. Some issues with maintenance but nothing too bad. They matched me with great random roommates and it’s been a fun year! The only complaint is that the parking garage is pretty narrow and difficult to drive in. Almost been hit a few times
The cleanliness could be better. Often trash dumped in stairwells. Staff is overall friendly and as helpful as possible. Lot of noice from downtown/fourth street bars/clubs late at night on weekends. Also near a dispensary. Train is loud at all hours of the night.
Living here has been amazing! the staff is so so helpful and so nice! the apartments are so cozy and I absolutely love living here! You guys do an awesome job
The district has been a pretty cool place to live. The amenities are nice and the staff is helpful. I like the size of each apartment and the kitchen area looks great.
The District has given me an amazing experience, I have the opportunity to live in an amazing environment and hangout with all of my friends at the same time!
I love it here and the pool is amazing! I love hanging by the pool and with my friends. The couches and chairs are so comfy in the living room too!
I love The District on 5th! There are amazing people to connect with that live here and are really good at paring you with roommates! They have many nice and useful amenities and the location is great! Not too far from campus and next to 4th Avenue filled with great restaurants and shops!
Really great community, close to campus and conveniently located near the sunlink. I enjoy all the amenities but wish the gym was bigger. Other than that it’s a very secure and good place to live in!
The district has been okay. It is nothing great and somewhat over charged, there were problems with bugs being in our cabinets when we first walked in.
The amenities are great and the staff is really nice. The rooms are spacious enough and so are the living spaces. Everything is over my expectations.
Living here is nice, there are a lot of Benefits to living here like the gym and secured parking garage. It’s also less ratchet than the apartments closer to campus
Everything is good so far. I have no complaints other than the service is kind of slow but manageable. The rooms are a good size and the apartment is updated.
There is a couple problems with the unit, but matincence is always kind and friendly and get the problem fixed pretty quickly. The rooms are nice and the bathrooms are well done
I really enjoy the district and my apartment. The common areas like the pool and clubhouse and the courtyards are all well kept and nice to hang out at.
Room units are fine and of decent quality. Building overall is a mess. Hallways and stairways are filthy with dirt and spiderwebs. The trash rooms have dried garbage caked to the floor and smells awful.
Enjoy living here and friendly staff. The rooms are big and spacious but the outside my the stairs could be cleaner. Overall good though. 4/5 stars
I live in a three bedroom and two bathroom. I share a bathroom with my roommate I am friends with. Our other roommate is never around. Overall I love our apartment but the guys upstairs are very loud, constantly stomping and dropping things. I would say we do have paint spatters everywhere and the garbage container can be very smelly.
I was disappointed with the room size. It looked a lot bigger in the model. Great pool, but the campus is pretty dirty.matainance is always arriving promptly to solve problems
As a resident the quality of help I here is great the people are wonderful. However, some rooms are worse than others and a little less taken car of.
I love living at The District!! The office and security staff are all super friendly. The gym and pool are always super clean and I love living so close to campus.
I feel very comfortable and well accommodated at The District. The apartments are nice and the facility is kept clean. The gym is always clean and nice.
Overall a great place to live. I love the location and the sense of community I feel here. If I had any complaints it would be the noise from the parties. There should be a better form of communication between security and residents. Other than that, the staff is really nice and the amenities are great.
I’ve loved living at the District because I feel safe here which is my number one concern. On top of that, it’s close to campus and the apartments are nice. Sometimes you can hear people in the courtyard, but you never hear the people in the apartments next to you. The maintenance team is also super quick to respond if you have an issue.
Erika Jordan J.
The staff is so great and always very friendly! The District just feels like home and is the perfect location for school as well as downtown and 4th avenue, which I love. Already renewed for my third year here!
I love living here, the area is really cool and the people are all very nice. The pool area/hot tub and gym are great ameneties to have. The noise is moderate and there is always events happening that are fun to attend.
Angelica Caroline C.
Loved living her. The garage is kinda dirty but what do expect. The rooms and living rooms are perfect! When i call maintenance they are here no later than 24 hours from my call date.
I love my apartment but every now and then I’ll find something gross or dirty that wasn’t cleaned before I got here. Otherwise great place to live it’s not too loud where my apartment is.
It is great living here! No issues at all with management! Management is good, amenities are great! If there is an issue management fixes it in a timely manner
Good gym, pool is nice, apartments are decent sized but apartments could use a lot of updating and painting. Walls are also very thin. Location is also pretty far from campus. Pricing is pretty good though.
I have been overall happy with the District on 5th. We had a leak in our apartment that was fixed fairly quickly and the bike vault being over clustered seems to be getting taken care of soon as I saw that the old bikes had been tagged for removal!
The apartment complex is set up very well. Rooms are spacious and living and kitchen are fairly large as well. It is nice to have washer and dyer in unit.
I enjoy the facility itself but when we moved in the apartment was not very clean, also our neighbors are very loud! We filed a noise complaint with a desk assistant 3 weeks ago but they are still blasting music and slamming stuff around
I do not have any complaints about living at the District! I love it and I am very glad to have picked this complex. Awesome pool, gym, and rooms.
It has been good and looking forward to next semester. I love how close in proximity the apartment building is to downtown, the school, and the famous 4th avenue.
Maintenance needs work. We put in so many requests for them to come and it took nearly three weeks for them to finally come and check out the problem.
I really enjoy living here! Were not too far off campus but, were far enough way where it isn't too loud. And there is always something happening!
Great apartments, great prices. Nice rooms with everything functioning as they should. The garage smells like trash which can be very off putting and the train is very loud and very often.
Adam Anthony T.
Everything is good so far! I have no complaints about anything. Staff has been nice and welcoming as well as helpful when needed. Looking to renew soon.
I love the district! I have met so many great people and workers. I live with my best friends in a four by four and have lived here for one year!
Everyone is very kind and helpful. Neighbors are very kind and understanding. The amenities around the community are also fantastic and the apartments are very nice as well.
Maintenance takes way too long to come by. The bathtub was really dirty and it has stains that won’t come out. Other than that, I enjoy all the amenities.
I love it here so far!! The management is great and quick to respond to any maintenance issues and will help you through any issues that may arise but there has been very few since I moved in.
I love it here! I been here for 2 years! I plan on staying for my senior year as well. I love my room and the common area. The furniture is nice and it’s close to 4th.
Love the atmosphere and the amenities. This place feels like home and the management is very quick when there is an issue. maintenance requests are handled very quickly
I have really enjoyed living at the district this year. The staff has been extremely helpful and maintenance has fixed all of my requested issues. I was very disapointed in the cleanliness of my appartment on move in. Our appartment was not cleaned at all. Otherwise, it has been a good experience living here.
The apartments are nice. Not noisy, like other apartments on campus. I feel pretty safe here and they matched me with the best random roommates.
Great place to live! great amenities and location! Only thing i think they can improve on is making the parking garage stair case and trash cute area cleaner! other than that, I love living here!
The community is great! I love the location, the awesome staff that are always more than happy to help with any problems I may have, and the amenities such as the pool and the gym.
The apartment is very nice, with good appliances and clean bathrooms! The great area is also a great space to hangout with my friends! The complimentary cable is also a bonus.
The District on 5th is a great location. It's close to campus and you can walk if you want, but I have a car so I still drive. The rent is pretty expensive as compared to getting a house, but it is less expensive than the high-rises like Sol, Luna, and Hub. I think the apartments are actually better than those also. The amenities are nice as well.
Nice place but I wish they kept things a little cleaner and took pride in the complex instead of letting it go. Rooms are nice and staff is as well.
The apartment is nice, however, it could be managed and renovated better by starting with the garbage system. The district on 5th could also use some soundproof walls.
It has been a great experience so far. Very close to the sun link and all the people here are chill. We have new carpet in my apartment and a super clean appt with the occasional bug
Matthew Lyman Y.
My residence experience was perfect. The people here are so nice and friendly. The place is very safe. The staff are so helpful and always have a smile on their faces.
The apartment overall has been good but there have been some flaws. The smell of the trash and placement of the garbage has been inconvient and the parking system should be fixed.
My roommates and I love the atmosphere and are very pleased with our apartment. We live in building 1 which is perfect because it’s super clean and much quieter than some of the other buildings.

I love living at the district! The staff is really welcoming and always answers any questions I have. The maintainace staff is very responsive and helpful.
Good experience, timely work orders, occasionally loud in the early hours but for the most part quiet. Good community and the pool is great!
Jack Robert J.
I wish the pool was better and the elevator was working. If we had more events at the district it would be fun. Other than that I really like living here.
Madison Taylor W.
Everyone here is so great and it is a fun place to live. It is right by fourth avenue so you are able to go out and you are not restricted to just the apartment. Also, the rooms are up to date and super comfortable.
I love living at the district! The location is perfect. It gets a little loud at times, but the other aspects like the pool and free printing make up for it.
I have had a great experience so far. The only thing that I was not completely satisfied with was the process of moving in, because our apartment was pretty dirty. When I mentioned this to the main office, the staff was very understanding and helpful with coming in and cleaning everything.
I have loved my time living at the district. I have had some minor maintenance problems when I first moved into my apartment, but my service ticket was processed quickly and fixed efficiently.
Overall, my experience has been amazing. The staff is great and very easy to work with. I really enjoy everything The Distrcit has to offer. This has been my best living experience, yet!
I love the people here and the community that they’ve built. I just wish the pool was open longer in the week so that after I finished my homework I could go swimming or relax in the hot tub.
The stairs look scary, garage always smells like trash as well as outside of the uncovered parking lot. Garage parking spots are tiny. Room still needs a lot of maintenance as well as kitchen and living room area.
In my one month living here it has been up to my standards. I have loved living here other than the fact that it is far from the University but that has nothing to do with the place itself. The only complaint I have is that the trash room is absolutely disgusting and does not get cleaned every day. I can understand how terrible it must by to clean but walking by it multiple times a day is very unpleasant.
When I moved in, oven was very dirty along with the walls, floor, windows, ceiling and microwave. Laundry machines, dishwasher and locks don’t work for front door and bathroom doors
The district is a really good place to live, having the sun link right by it definitely makes it more convenient. The amenities are nice too.
The bedrooms, kitchen, and living room are really big. After everyone gets their first rounds of fixes from the maintenance team, they are very quick to get your requests done. The most I had to wait was 3 days for something I classified as low importance.
Very close to sunlink, sometimes trash room gets backed up for days on end, glass on staircases, quick maintenance response, still cleaning up mess left for us at move in
What i like most about the district is the location and cleanliness. It’s in a perfect location from school and other social locations. You can always take the train if your running late
So far it’s been great and I don’t have many complaints. The staff are all very nice and I feel like I’m getting my money’s work living here
It’s been pretty good so far. Sometimes the halls get really dirty and that’s no good but other than that it’s fine. Also the walls are really thin and next to no parking.
Gavin Thomas M.
Everything has been great except for a few minor problems moving in. I have loved the pool and the other amenities and living here has been such a fun time because I have so many friends here
Everything is good but the service is a little slow. We put in a work request for a fridge to be fixed week 1 and it still has not been fixed.
People are really nice, pretty quiet, nice apartments. You can hear a lot of noise from traffic late at night as well as the train. Also near a marijuana dispensary which I was not aware of at the time. Garage can be kinda unsafe as people tend to drive very fast. Staff is all friendly and accommodating.
The community is great and very well organized, the only major issues are the trash and the hallways generally need repainting. Whomever does the finishing between movins leaves tons of paint on the floor. The small parts in all kitchen appliances are generally overused as well.
Please get rid of all of the spiders in the garage. They scare me and they are very very big so that is not good. But other than that I think my experience at the district has been good
Maintenance is not quick or responsive. Sometimes they log that theyve completed the task but they have not. Apartment was not cleaned before we moved in. Apartment is very nice though, rooms are perfectly spaced out and private
For the price this apartment complex is decent to live at. Maintenance can be unpleasant and there are things around the building that are broken and can easily be fixed.
I personally loved living at the district. i love the people and I love my roommates. The employees there have made it very easy to live there as well. they are always helping us and making sure we feel comfortable
Dominique Aras M.
My experience so far has been pretty good! I haven’t had any problems, in my apartment we have filed 2 maintenance requests and both were handled within the week. My only complaint would be the smell of the trash room I think they should be hoses out more often.
The apartment has a great location that is close to the University of Arizona. The apartment was not cleaned or repaired when my daughter moved in. There were several repairs that were requested that took a few weeks to get repairs. The lack of cleanliness was surprising since we had received dorm rooms from campus housing previously that were spotless and they didn’t require a security deposit. Quite disappointing. Also the location is quite noisy with its lack of insulation and close proximity to the train.
The floors were splattered with paint when we moved in and the walls in this building are so thin. The floors also appear to have no sealant on them of any sort or something along those lines because they turn everyone's feet black no matter how much we mop. Other than those complaints, I do like the community and the apartment itself.
Upon moving in, the apartment itself was very dirty. However, the check in process was SO organized and I love the events that you put on. The trash does smell though and doesn’t look great when visitors come in but that’s my only negative feedback really
So far i absolutely love the apartments!! I was nervous about being off campus and with random roommates but its so homey here and i feel so comfortable! The staff is awesome and always takes care of me!!
I love the district, the only downfall is the trains can get a little loud. The staff is always nice, and so are the residents. It’s in a very convenient location as well.
Horrible experience. Bugs everywhere, noise all the time, dirty appliances, dirty carpet, etc. Would not recommend living here to anyone. Only good for how close it is.
The district on 5th offers incredible housing and amenities at a very fair price. I'm going on my second year and have only ever had good experiences
It's great, staff is friendly, sometimes gets noisy on night outs and the train is super annoying. It's a very active apartment which I like
District on fifth has a great set up as far as room wise, but doesnt promote a lot of community involvement, which I would peg as its main downfall.
I really enjoy living close to forth ave and the school. The 4x4 I live in has nice kitchen amenities and is spacious enough. The workers at the district try their best to quickly fix anything that needs it.
Overall this property is decent. Lot of unnecessary broken things (missing foosball, old pool cues, etc.) which should definitely be fixed with the price residents are paying to live here.
I think the experience is good. I am just writing this so I can get my points and reach the 140 character minimum. I just want to get those points.
Love living here at a reasonable price with the amenities it comes with. Though we often have maintenance issues in our apartment, maintenance is very responsive in fixing the issue in a timely manner.
I really enjoy living here at the district. Living here has been really enjoyable for me, and I enjoy it. I can only imagine the great things to come.
I love the staff and the available amenities! I’ve lived here for a year and I love it. Every time I need help with something in my apartment, maintinence is always quick to help and the office staff is always very helpful and nice.
Everone was very helpful but tI did not enjoy how NOT clean the apartment were. The carpets were dirty when I got there and I felt the walls were not properly clean as well
Dominique Aras M.
It has been great. The staff is very nice. Whenever I need help or put in a maintence request they are there. However, can get noisy during the night.
Interior of residential spaces and community spaces are very nice. Staff very friendly. Loud neighbors + thin walls = less fun. Overall not bad.
Pretty good, close enough to walk to class and a central-ish location. Noise of the train wasn’t always bad, but certainly hearable at night
Jonathan Richard W.
It's fine. The front desk people are super nice, the pool is too cold to be useful, and the hot tub is kind of gross. We had the suntan bed for a year and a half and only now we're supposed to be getting a sauna... which is cool, but sucks that it took so long to get rid of the suntan bed, no one used it. The computer room has been my salvation, you should upgrade the computers though, only half of them work and you have to upgrade chrome every time you use it because google docs doesn't work otherwise and none of the changes save on the computers.
I liked how you the place had different options for the amount of rooms and bathrooms you wanted. I think maintenance is usually pretty good at helping out, but sometimes they do not ever respond. I had a great experience living at the district. It is a good walking distance from the University of Arizona.
Great location, but that is probably the best thing about this apartment complex. It has been poorly constructed with cheap materials and appliances that break often. Sometimes maintenance comes quickly, but often times they do not, even for things such as the hot water heater breaking (which happened twice within a year of living there). When they do come to fix issues they often do it in the quickest and cheapest way possible, and the problem often returns due to this. Another issue from the building being built cheaply is very thin walls. Three stories up and I can still hear every word in a conversation happening in the parking lot.
It was amazing and it was awesome ahahohfdajfas

Everything is excellent but the only thing that bothers me is the students not cleaning up after their pets and is on the first floor and have to wake up seeing all the poop outside on fake grass, not even degrading. Perhaps you set up dog trash bag stations or make some sign saying they will be fined because I like using the barbecue and hang out with my friends there but can't since there is so much dried up dog poop in the courtyard areas.
There is snow on the ground,
And the valleys are cold,
And a midnight profound
Blackly squats o'er the wold;
But a light on the hilltops half-seen hints of feastings un-hallowed and old.
There is death in the clouds,
There is fear in the night,
For the dead in their shrouds
Hail the sin's turning flight.
And chant wild in the woods as they dance round a Yule- altar fungous and white.
To no gale of Earth's kind
Sways the forest of oak,
Where the sick boughs entwined
By mad mistletoes choke,
For these pow'rs are the pow'rs of the dark, from the graves of the lost Druid-folk.
A great community with super helpful staff and awesome residents. The pool is amazing with its beautiful water fall and fire places it's a great place to lounge out with friends to play around or just enjoy the outside and study.
I enjoyed living at the District! I made great friends due to the friendliness of everyone that lived there. The office was always helpful and made sure we were always aware of the events going on at the District.
I have really enjoyed living at the district thus far and am planning on living here another year! The amenities and staff are both great and very accommodating
I have always been around the district because of my friends and it is always an amazing experience! The amenities are so nice and the community is so welcoming
I like the apartment community however, it would be best if there were more maintenance due to all the glass and the messy hallways. I like the pool area and the rooms are set up very nicely. When I moved in, we split the bill based on your room, however, it changed halfway through and we split the bill equally into four separate bills which I was not happy about.
Absolutely amazing every thing is awesome. Uh the rest is to fill in this box, im down to 90 charcacters, actually its counting up my bad, here we go.
Just a really apartment bad complex. There are many things wrong. Only good thing is that it is close to campus, other than that, it has no benefits.
Living at the district is so fun and so convenient! Close to both downtown nightlife and close enough to walk to school! Staff is also super friendly and helpful!
The District is overall a nice place to live. Some parts of it need fixing, such as the hallways can get dirty, but because it's a college apartment some of that is expected.
I love living at the district! It’s such a fun place and I always feel like the staff cares. I hear from friends that the maintenance does not respond fast at their apartments, but here at th but district I love how if I have something that needs to be fixed it is usually fixed within the next day or so!! I also love how quiet it is and it’s very close to campus!
The location is convenient. The place is safe and access for residents only. If you need an apartment to live in that is walking distance from campus, this is probably your cheapest option.
Fire and fountains are rarely on by the pool, still no use for the old tanning room even though residents are paying money for amenities to be in that room. Tv by the pool is constantly on full blast at 3am.
Well the amenities are wonderful but i wish that for a high priced apartment the furnished furniture was a little more up to date as in style. But other than that its pretty descent or shall i say a pretty descent place
This place is decent, they need to do a better job maintaining the infrastructure of the building. It has a nice pool area and things, but its dirty, usually messy and many of the chairs are broken and the grill areas are often filthy.
I'm looking forward to moving in in July for my sophomore year. Many of my friends will be residents at The District so I know it will be a good time. The application process was easy and the staff has been very helpful.
I love living here. I love all of the amenities like the pool and spa. The unit is very clean and nice. The location of the complex is the perfect distance from campus and not too noisy compared to other places.
I love the facilities available at the District, and the apartment is modern and beautiful! However, sometimes neighbors and the pool are really loud & intrusive because the walls and floors are so thin. I live right above the gym and we can hear people dropping their weights and running on their treadmills; this has only woken me up a few times though so it's bearable most of the time.
Response to service request was slow. Parking garage is a nightmare, too small and people drive way to fast. Walls in the apartment are paper thin, so the noise level is horrible.
Super great community to surround myself around. Can’t wait to live there my junior year. I think tre location is great, the amenities look very nice!
I’ve loved living here the past few months. Maintenance is always very helpful and on time when needed! I renewed my lease for next year and I can’t wait to spend another year here.
Decent apartment building. Maintenance is always on top of fixing anything that goes wrong right away. Some things about the design are off, for example the pool never gets any sun because it's always in the shade of the buildings. Houses and smaller apartment buildings in the area can be leased for much more reasonable prices.
I've had a great experience here. When I was signing my lease and continuing now the staff has always been very helpful. My apartment doesn't seem to have problems and if I ever do, maintenance is always quick to fix it
Ithe district is a place where you can relax, study be happy, run to the school if you’re late, or simply stay all day ling watching the oretgu view!
The floors are always dirty and the carpets are filthy. It's almost like no one even cleaned it in the first place. I really like the privacy but their is always weirdos on fourth

Love living at the district! Perfect location, close to both downtown and close enough to walk to campus. Great staff also, always willing to help.
Living at the district has given me so many amazing opportunities to explore what off campus life is like. Living right near fourth is such an advantage as well and the staff is very friendly.
Staff stays up to date on repairs. Very responsive and helpful front office. Some appliances are old but if you need them fixed then they will be. Would recommend, pretty cozy.
My resident experience at the District has been great these past 2 years! I am living there again for a third year and I love the staff who work at the District! They are always so helpful and whenever I am going to make a maintenance request or need help they respond to me so fast! Every time I have needed something fixed they come within 1-2 days!!
Overall I enjoy living here and have not had any complains recently. One thing that I would like to see is the fire by the pool on more often when it is cold out.
My resident experience has been great. The only things I can complain about is the noise due to the thin walls and the failure of the jacuzzi to work a lot of the time. Maintenance is good as well as the community aspect!
It has been great living here. I feel as though the staff is always ready to help and responds as quickly as they can to any needs we have. They are constantly updating everything to make it as nice to live in as possible.
Its been pretty great so far, staff has been accommodating. Facilities are nice, and I am excited for the the sauna to be open soon. Free printing is pretty great too.
So far applying to be a resident and signing the lease has been a pleasant process. I look forward to being a resident in August with my three roommates.
Jaicee Kay M.
I live in a four by four and the apartment is great. The kitchen is really nice and the living room is not too small or large. I like how the apartment came with a washer and a dryer. The furniture was in good condition when I arrived. The only things I have problems with is my room carpet (its stained and dirty--was like that when I moved in), the wifi (can be slow), and people in my building beginning to party at 2-3am. Overall, worth it living here, but could use a few updates.
The apartment community at the district is great. The staff and residents are both friendly however it can get a little loud during the week. There is great amenities that we have access to which I enjoy
The district is close to campus and the walk is great. Make sure you have personal Hotspot on your phone though because the WiFi always has problems. It is a good idea to have a door mat due to the dog piss, broken glass in the disgusting hallways. I don't advise people who are afraid to live with critters to live at the District. Some apartments have mice in the kitchen! If you have a car in the parking garage, you better practice holding your breath because the dumpsters/ waste area located in the parking garage stink! Section 5th housing!
