Living at the district has been an amazing experience. I have loved living here. The apartments are so nice and they really feel like home. The staff is all so helpful and are always available to help whenever you need!
I have really enjoyed living in the District. One of my favorite amenities in my apartment is the kitchen. I am constantly cooking new foods in my amazing kitchen.
My experience at the District has been very good so far. The apartment itself is very nice and good for the price. Anytime I have an issue maintenance fixes it pretty quickly. The staff is always very nice and helpful as well!
Good area and appliances. Always had fast response whenever we needed service. Front desk people were always really friendly and helpful as well. Overall, really good experience.
A pretty good place to live and moderately priced for the area. Some crime and not entirely safe all the time but they're making improvements to compensate.
I really enjoy living at the district on 5th. My only reason for not giving the complex a 5-star rating is because of the constant elevator issues in the first building.
Rebecca Michelle A.
Living here so far has been great. It is close to campus, so close to a sunlink stop so I can catch the sunlink, and something I can afford. I resigned my lease for next year as well because I am very pleased with living here.
The District finally put in some security cameras and updated the pool area. The complex is attempting to make improvements but has a ways to go.
this place is very very fun to live. I love how close it is to everything and all of the ammenities provided. The management is very helpful as well
I love living at the District. Everyone is so nice and I have never had an issue with security or maintenance! They are always very reachable and easy to talk to.
District truly feels like home, it is clean and there are always events happening. The staff and residents are friendly and there when you need them.
Angelica Caroline C.
Great location and wonderful amenities, the only issue is noise. It can be quite loud some nights from other residents and sixth street is quite busy
I have generally liked living here, the building is always pretty quiet and kept clean. The one thing is that the areas by the trash rooms always smell very vile and I have to hold my breath every time that I walk by, not sure what you guys can do to help rectify that
I really enjoy the district and have found some of the most incredible friendships here. they focus so heavily on the community aspect and I enjoy the events and the upkeep of the amenities.
Brooke Elizabeth E.
The District of 5th is super fun and a great time to live here. It is not super loud so you are able to study in peace and the apartment hosts fun events
We have had problems with management and the upkeep of our apartment, but it is in a convenient location. I really enjoy that I have become best friends with my roommates.
The District on 5th is a great place to live and go to U of A! It is extremely nice to have cable and water included in rent and to have other amenities like the pool and gym.
It’s ok, the nieghbors are very loud and say that we are loud too. The rooms were broken when we arrived to move in but we dealt with it. Security is nice and the staff is amazing but the overall price is a little much for what u actually get
I have really enjoyed living here. The staff is very friendly and maintenance is really fast if there is an issue. My two issues are the gym is very small it is almost impossible to work out in there. Also there have been a few security issues at night so more security would be great!
I like living at the district. It’s super close to campus and we have a great pool and hot tub to use. The apartment set ups are super nice.
Madison Taylor W.
The facilities are pretty dirty, the gym machines never work, the walls are thin, everything in my apartment breaks and the rooms are small.
I love our apartment! There are some down downfalls but overall it is an amazing place to live. My room overlooks the university and mt. lemmon which is by far my favorite part
I wish there were more things within the community at the district. There are like once a month yet I think we should get more free events. At the time I applied to live at the district on 5th, I was being pitched more than what I am receiving now.
I think overall the staff are very nice. The maintenance do a good job, despite having to clean up after many messy college students. The security guards are walking around, and checking things out at night. The worst part is the loud train nearby, which is louder during the winter time. Overall, living here is good!
I've lived here for almost a year now and my overall experience has been great. I am renewing my lease with my current roommate, and we've had close to zero issues living here. When we did have some plumbing issues, maintenance was able to take care it quickly and fix the problem. Other than that, the living experience has been great and satisfying.
I always enjoyed that the pool area was clean, even if chairs had been moved and other community spaces were really clean and always presentable.
The pool closed too early for me but other than that the staff is AMAZING and maintenance is crazy fast!!! Overall an amazing place to stay.
The District on 5th is a great place to live! The workers are very friendly and the neighbors, although loud, are welcoming and the community is perfect for a college student.
The District is a great location for student housing. I love being on 4th Ave and only a half mile from campus. The service and maintenance is good but not great, and unless you live in a unit that faces others, there is not much of a sense of community. Other than that, it's a comfortable place for the current price.
The District is a nice place to live at. The courtyard areas are nice and its' distance from campus is close and convenient. The downsides are that often the maintenance portal does not work, but the front office is always super willing to help.
My residence experience at the district has been very good. The location is very nice for students because it’s close to campus and there are great amenities offered.
I love the convenience of The District, only a mile away from the UA. This location is unbeatable, as it is close to school and a variety of restaurants and other attractions. Sometimes, it can be a little loud but that's to be expected with student housing.
Overall I’ve had a positive experience, the location is a bit inconvenient, and lately the pool hasn’t had sunshine since the building is surrounding it. Otherwise, I have nothing bad to say about my experience
For the most part I have had a pretty good experience. Some issues with maintenance but nothing too bad. They matched me with great random roommates and it’s been a fun year! The only complaint is that the parking garage is pretty narrow and difficult to drive in. Almost been hit a few times
The cleanliness could be better. Often trash dumped in stairwells. Staff is overall friendly and as helpful as possible. Lot of noice from downtown/fourth street bars/clubs late at night on weekends. Also near a dispensary. Train is loud at all hours of the night.
Living here has been amazing! the staff is so so helpful and so nice! the apartments are so cozy and I absolutely love living here! You guys do an awesome job
The district has been a pretty cool place to live. The amenities are nice and the staff is helpful. I like the size of each apartment and the kitchen area looks great.
The District has given me an amazing experience, I have the opportunity to live in an amazing environment and hangout with all of my friends at the same time!
I love it here and the pool is amazing! I love hanging by the pool and with my friends. The couches and chairs are so comfy in the living room too!
I love The District on 5th! There are amazing people to connect with that live here and are really good at paring you with roommates! They have many nice and useful amenities and the location is great! Not too far from campus and next to 4th Avenue filled with great restaurants and shops!
Really great community, close to campus and conveniently located near the sunlink. I enjoy all the amenities but wish the gym was bigger. Other than that it’s a very secure and good place to live in!
The district has been okay. It is nothing great and somewhat over charged, there were problems with bugs being in our cabinets when we first walked in.
The amenities are great and the staff is really nice. The rooms are spacious enough and so are the living spaces. Everything is over my expectations.
Living here is nice, there are a lot of Benefits to living here like the gym and secured parking garage. It’s also less ratchet than the apartments closer to campus
Everything is good so far. I have no complaints other than the service is kind of slow but manageable. The rooms are a good size and the apartment is updated.
There is a couple problems with the unit, but matincence is always kind and friendly and get the problem fixed pretty quickly. The rooms are nice and the bathrooms are well done
I really enjoy the district and my apartment. The common areas like the pool and clubhouse and the courtyards are all well kept and nice to hang out at.
Room units are fine and of decent quality. Building overall is a mess. Hallways and stairways are filthy with dirt and spiderwebs. The trash rooms have dried garbage caked to the floor and smells awful.
Enjoy living here and friendly staff. The rooms are big and spacious but the outside my the stairs could be cleaner. Overall good though. 4/5 stars
I live in a three bedroom and two bathroom. I share a bathroom with my roommate I am friends with. Our other roommate is never around. Overall I love our apartment but the guys upstairs are very loud, constantly stomping and dropping things. I would say we do have paint spatters everywhere and the garbage container can be very smelly.
I was disappointed with the room size. It looked a lot bigger in the model. Great pool, but the campus is pretty dirty.matainance is always arriving promptly to solve problems
As a resident the quality of help I here is great the people are wonderful. However, some rooms are worse than others and a little less taken car of.
I love living at The District!! The office and security staff are all super friendly. The gym and pool are always super clean and I love living so close to campus.
I feel very comfortable and well accommodated at The District. The apartments are nice and the facility is kept clean. The gym is always clean and nice.
Overall a great place to live. I love the location and the sense of community I feel here. If I had any complaints it would be the noise from the parties. There should be a better form of communication between security and residents. Other than that, the staff is really nice and the amenities are great.
I’ve loved living at the District because I feel safe here which is my number one concern. On top of that, it’s close to campus and the apartments are nice. Sometimes you can hear people in the courtyard, but you never hear the people in the apartments next to you. The maintenance team is also super quick to respond if you have an issue.
Erika Jordan J.
The staff is so great and always very friendly! The District just feels like home and is the perfect location for school as well as downtown and 4th avenue, which I love. Already renewed for my third year here!
I love living here, the area is really cool and the people are all very nice. The pool area/hot tub and gym are great ameneties to have. The noise is moderate and there is always events happening that are fun to attend.
Angelica Caroline C.
Loved living her. The garage is kinda dirty but what do expect. The rooms and living rooms are perfect! When i call maintenance they are here no later than 24 hours from my call date.
I love my apartment but every now and then I’ll find something gross or dirty that wasn’t cleaned before I got here. Otherwise great place to live it’s not too loud where my apartment is.
It is great living here! No issues at all with management! Management is good, amenities are great! If there is an issue management fixes it in a timely manner
Good gym, pool is nice, apartments are decent sized but apartments could use a lot of updating and painting. Walls are also very thin. Location is also pretty far from campus. Pricing is pretty good though.
I have been overall happy with the District on 5th. We had a leak in our apartment that was fixed fairly quickly and the bike vault being over clustered seems to be getting taken care of soon as I saw that the old bikes had been tagged for removal!
The apartment complex is set up very well. Rooms are spacious and living and kitchen are fairly large as well. It is nice to have washer and dyer in unit.
I enjoy the facility itself but when we moved in the apartment was not very clean, also our neighbors are very loud! We filed a noise complaint with a desk assistant 3 weeks ago but they are still blasting music and slamming stuff around
I do not have any complaints about living at the District! I love it and I am very glad to have picked this complex. Awesome pool, gym, and rooms.
It has been good and looking forward to next semester. I love how close in proximity the apartment building is to downtown, the school, and the famous 4th avenue.
Maintenance needs work. We put in so many requests for them to come and it took nearly three weeks for them to finally come and check out the problem.
I really enjoy living here! Were not too far off campus but, were far enough way where it isn't too loud. And there is always something happening!
Great apartments, great prices. Nice rooms with everything functioning as they should. The garage smells like trash which can be very off putting and the train is very loud and very often.
Adam Anthony T.
Everything is good so far! I have no complaints about anything. Staff has been nice and welcoming as well as helpful when needed. Looking to renew soon.
I love the district! I have met so many great people and workers. I live with my best friends in a four by four and have lived here for one year!
Everyone is very kind and helpful. Neighbors are very kind and understanding. The amenities around the community are also fantastic and the apartments are very nice as well.
Maintenance takes way too long to come by. The bathtub was really dirty and it has stains that won’t come out. Other than that, I enjoy all the amenities.
I love it here so far!! The management is great and quick to respond to any maintenance issues and will help you through any issues that may arise but there has been very few since I moved in.
I love it here! I been here for 2 years! I plan on staying for my senior year as well. I love my room and the common area. The furniture is nice and it’s close to 4th.
Love the atmosphere and the amenities. This place feels like home and the management is very quick when there is an issue. maintenance requests are handled very quickly
I have really enjoyed living at the district this year. The staff has been extremely helpful and maintenance has fixed all of my requested issues. I was very disapointed in the cleanliness of my appartment on move in. Our appartment was not cleaned at all. Otherwise, it has been a good experience living here.
The apartments are nice. Not noisy, like other apartments on campus. I feel pretty safe here and they matched me with the best random roommates.
Great place to live! great amenities and location! Only thing i think they can improve on is making the parking garage stair case and trash cute area cleaner! other than that, I love living here!
The community is great! I love the location, the awesome staff that are always more than happy to help with any problems I may have, and the amenities such as the pool and the gym.
The apartment is very nice, with good appliances and clean bathrooms! The great area is also a great space to hangout with my friends! The complimentary cable is also a bonus.
The District on 5th is a great location. It's close to campus and you can walk if you want, but I have a car so I still drive. The rent is pretty expensive as compared to getting a house, but it is less expensive than the high-rises like Sol, Luna, and Hub. I think the apartments are actually better than those also. The amenities are nice as well.
Nice place but I wish they kept things a little cleaner and took pride in the complex instead of letting it go. Rooms are nice and staff is as well.
The apartment is nice, however, it could be managed and renovated better by starting with the garbage system. The district on 5th could also use some soundproof walls.
It has been a great experience so far. Very close to the sun link and all the people here are chill. We have new carpet in my apartment and a super clean appt with the occasional bug
Matthew Lyman Y.
My residence experience was perfect. The people here are so nice and friendly. The place is very safe. The staff are so helpful and always have a smile on their faces.
The apartment overall has been good but there have been some flaws. The smell of the trash and placement of the garbage has been inconvient and the parking system should be fixed.
My roommates and I love the atmosphere and are very pleased with our apartment. We live in building 1 which is perfect because it’s super clean and much quieter than some of the other buildings.
Mikaela Victoria J.
I love living at the district! The staff is really welcoming and always answers any questions I have. The maintainace staff is very responsive and helpful.
Good experience, timely work orders, occasionally loud in the early hours but for the most part quiet. Good community and the pool is great!
Jack Robert J.
I wish the pool was better and the elevator was working. If we had more events at the district it would be fun. Other than that I really like living here.
Madison Taylor W.
Everyone here is so great and it is a fun place to live. It is right by fourth avenue so you are able to go out and you are not restricted to just the apartment. Also, the rooms are up to date and super comfortable.
I love living at the district! The location is perfect. It gets a little loud at times, but the other aspects like the pool and free printing make up for it.
I have had a great experience so far. The only thing that I was not completely satisfied with was the process of moving in, because our apartment was pretty dirty. When I mentioned this to the main office, the staff was very understanding and helpful with coming in and cleaning everything.
I have loved my time living at the district. I have had some minor maintenance problems when I first moved into my apartment, but my service ticket was processed quickly and fixed efficiently.
Overall, my experience has been amazing. The staff is great and very easy to work with. I really enjoy everything The Distrcit has to offer. This has been my best living experience, yet!
I love the people here and the community that they’ve built. I just wish the pool was open longer in the week so that after I finished my homework I could go swimming or relax in the hot tub.
The stairs look scary, garage always smells like trash as well as outside of the uncovered parking lot. Garage parking spots are tiny. Room still needs a lot of maintenance as well as kitchen and living room area.
In my one month living here it has been up to my standards. I have loved living here other than the fact that it is far from the University but that has nothing to do with the place itself. The only complaint I have is that the trash room is absolutely disgusting and does not get cleaned every day. I can understand how terrible it must by to clean but walking by it multiple times a day is very unpleasant.
When I moved in, oven was very dirty along with the walls, floor, windows, ceiling and microwave. Laundry machines, dishwasher and locks don’t work for front door and bathroom doors
The district is a really good place to live, having the sun link right by it definitely makes it more convenient. The amenities are nice too.
The bedrooms, kitchen, and living room are really big. After everyone gets their first rounds of fixes from the maintenance team, they are very quick to get your requests done. The most I had to wait was 3 days for something I classified as low importance.
Very close to sunlink, sometimes trash room gets backed up for days on end, glass on staircases, quick maintenance response, still cleaning up mess left for us at move in
What i like most about the district is the location and cleanliness. It’s in a perfect location from school and other social locations. You can always take the train if your running late
So far it’s been great and I don’t have many complaints. The staff are all very nice and I feel like I’m getting my money’s work living here
It’s been pretty good so far. Sometimes the halls get really dirty and that’s no good but other than that it’s fine. Also the walls are really thin and next to no parking.
Gavin Thomas M.
Everything has been great except for a few minor problems moving in. I have loved the pool and the other amenities and living here has been such a fun time because I have so many friends here
Everything is good but the service is a little slow. We put in a work request for a fridge to be fixed week 1 and it still has not been fixed.
People are really nice, pretty quiet, nice apartments. You can hear a lot of noise from traffic late at night as well as the train. Also near a marijuana dispensary which I was not aware of at the time. Garage can be kinda unsafe as people tend to drive very fast. Staff is all friendly and accommodating.
The community is great and very well organized, the only major issues are the trash and the hallways generally need repainting. Whomever does the finishing between movins leaves tons of paint on the floor. The small parts in all kitchen appliances are generally overused as well.
Please get rid of all of the spiders in the garage. They scare me and they are very very big so that is not good. But other than that I think my experience at the district has been good
Maintenance is not quick or responsive. Sometimes they log that theyve completed the task but they have not. Apartment was not cleaned before we moved in. Apartment is very nice though, rooms are perfectly spaced out and private
For the price this apartment complex is decent to live at. Maintenance can be unpleasant and there are things around the building that are broken and can easily be fixed.
I personally loved living at the district. i love the people and I love my roommates. The employees there have made it very easy to live there as well. they are always helping us and making sure we feel comfortable
Dominique Aras M.
My experience so far has been pretty good! I haven’t had any problems, in my apartment we have filed 2 maintenance requests and both were handled within the week. My only complaint would be the smell of the trash room I think they should be hoses out more often.
The apartment has a great location that is close to the University of Arizona. The apartment was not cleaned or repaired when my daughter moved in. There were several repairs that were requested that took a few weeks to get repairs. The lack of cleanliness was surprising since we had received dorm rooms from campus housing previously that were spotless and they didn’t require a security deposit. Quite disappointing. Also the location is quite noisy with its lack of insulation and close proximity to the train.
The floors were splattered with paint when we moved in and the walls in this building are so thin. The floors also appear to have no sealant on them of any sort or something along those lines because they turn everyone's feet black no matter how much we mop. Other than those complaints, I do like the community and the apartment itself.
Upon moving in, the apartment itself was very dirty. However, the check in process was SO organized and I love the events that you put on. The trash does smell though and doesn’t look great when visitors come in but that’s my only negative feedback really
So far i absolutely love the apartments!! I was nervous about being off campus and with random roommates but its so homey here and i feel so comfortable! The staff is awesome and always takes care of me!!
I love the district, the only downfall is the trains can get a little loud. The staff is always nice, and so are the residents. It’s in a very convenient location as well.
Horrible experience. Bugs everywhere, noise all the time, dirty appliances, dirty carpet, etc. Would not recommend living here to anyone. Only good for how close it is.
The district on 5th offers incredible housing and amenities at a very fair price. I'm going on my second year and have only ever had good experiences
It's great, staff is friendly, sometimes gets noisy on night outs and the train is super annoying. It's a very active apartment which I like
District on fifth has a great set up as far as room wise, but doesnt promote a lot of community involvement, which I would peg as its main downfall.
I really enjoy living close to forth ave and the school. The 4x4 I live in has nice kitchen amenities and is spacious enough. The workers at the district try their best to quickly fix anything that needs it.
Overall this property is decent. Lot of unnecessary broken things (missing foosball, old pool cues, etc.) which should definitely be fixed with the price residents are paying to live here.
I think the experience is good. I am just writing this so I can get my points and reach the 140 character minimum. I just want to get those points.
Love living here at a reasonable price with the amenities it comes with. Though we often have maintenance issues in our apartment, maintenance is very responsive in fixing the issue in a timely manner.
I really enjoy living here at the district. Living here has been really enjoyable for me, and I enjoy it. I can only imagine the great things to come.
I love the staff and the available amenities! I’ve lived here for a year and I love it. Every time I need help with something in my apartment, maintinence is always quick to help and the office staff is always very helpful and nice.
Everone was very helpful but tI did not enjoy how NOT clean the apartment were. The carpets were dirty when I got there and I felt the walls were not properly clean as well
Dominique Aras M.
It has been great. The staff is very nice. Whenever I need help or put in a maintence request they are there. However, can get noisy during the night.
Interior of residential spaces and community spaces are very nice. Staff very friendly. Loud neighbors + thin walls = less fun. Overall not bad.
Pretty good, close enough to walk to class and a central-ish location. Noise of the train wasn’t always bad, but certainly hearable at night
Jonathan Richard W.
It's fine. The front desk people are super nice, the pool is too cold to be useful, and the hot tub is kind of gross. We had the suntan bed for a year and a half and only now we're supposed to be getting a sauna... which is cool, but sucks that it took so long to get rid of the suntan bed, no one used it. The computer room has been my salvation, you should upgrade the computers though, only half of them work and you have to upgrade chrome every time you use it because google docs doesn't work otherwise and none of the changes save on the computers.
I liked how you the place had different options for the amount of rooms and bathrooms you wanted. I think maintenance is usually pretty good at helping out, but sometimes they do not ever respond. I had a great experience living at the district. It is a good walking distance from the University of Arizona.
Great location, but that is probably the best thing about this apartment complex. It has been poorly constructed with cheap materials and appliances that break often. Sometimes maintenance comes quickly, but often times they do not, even for things such as the hot water heater breaking (which happened twice within a year of living there). When they do come to fix issues they often do it in the quickest and cheapest way possible, and the problem often returns due to this. Another issue from the building being built cheaply is very thin walls. Three stories up and I can still hear every word in a conversation happening in the parking lot.
It was amazing and it was awesome ahahohfdajfas

Everything is excellent but the only thing that bothers me is the students not cleaning up after their pets and is on the first floor and have to wake up seeing all the poop outside on fake grass, not even degrading. Perhaps you set up dog trash bag stations or make some sign saying they will be fined because I like using the barbecue and hang out with my friends there but can't since there is so much dried up dog poop in the courtyard areas.
There is snow on the ground,
And the valleys are cold,
And a midnight profound
Blackly squats o'er the wold;
But a light on the hilltops half-seen hints of feastings un-hallowed and old.
There is death in the clouds,
There is fear in the night,
For the dead in their shrouds
Hail the sin's turning flight.
And chant wild in the woods as they dance round a Yule- altar fungous and white.
To no gale of Earth's kind
Sways the forest of oak,
Where the sick boughs entwined
By mad mistletoes choke,
For these pow'rs are the pow'rs of the dark, from the graves of the lost Druid-folk.
A great community with super helpful staff and awesome residents. The pool is amazing with its beautiful water fall and fire places it's a great place to lounge out with friends to play around or just enjoy the outside and study.
I enjoyed living at the District! I made great friends due to the friendliness of everyone that lived there. The office was always helpful and made sure we were always aware of the events going on at the District.
I have really enjoyed living at the district thus far and am planning on living here another year! The amenities and staff are both great and very accommodating
I have always been around the district because of my friends and it is always an amazing experience! The amenities are so nice and the community is so welcoming
I like the apartment community however, it would be best if there were more maintenance due to all the glass and the messy hallways. I like the pool area and the rooms are set up very nicely. When I moved in, we split the bill based on your room, however, it changed halfway through and we split the bill equally into four separate bills which I was not happy about.
Absolutely amazing every thing is awesome. Uh the rest is to fill in this box, im down to 90 charcacters, actually its counting up my bad, here we go.
Just a really apartment bad complex. There are many things wrong. Only good thing is that it is close to campus, other than that, it has no benefits.
Living at the district is so fun and so convenient! Close to both downtown nightlife and close enough to walk to school! Staff is also super friendly and helpful!
The District is overall a nice place to live. Some parts of it need fixing, such as the hallways can get dirty, but because it's a college apartment some of that is expected.
I love living at the district! It’s such a fun place and I always feel like the staff cares. I hear from friends that the maintenance does not respond fast at their apartments, but here at th but district I love how if I have something that needs to be fixed it is usually fixed within the next day or so!! I also love how quiet it is and it’s very close to campus!
The location is convenient. The place is safe and access for residents only. If you need an apartment to live in that is walking distance from campus, this is probably your cheapest option.
Fire and fountains are rarely on by the pool, still no use for the old tanning room even though residents are paying money for amenities to be in that room. Tv by the pool is constantly on full blast at 3am.
Well the amenities are wonderful but i wish that for a high priced apartment the furnished furniture was a little more up to date as in style. But other than that its pretty descent or shall i say a pretty descent place
This place is decent, they need to do a better job maintaining the infrastructure of the building. It has a nice pool area and things, but its dirty, usually messy and many of the chairs are broken and the grill areas are often filthy.
I'm looking forward to moving in in July for my sophomore year. Many of my friends will be residents at The District so I know it will be a good time. The application process was easy and the staff has been very helpful.
I love living here. I love all of the amenities like the pool and spa. The unit is very clean and nice. The location of the complex is the perfect distance from campus and not too noisy compared to other places.
I love the facilities available at the District, and the apartment is modern and beautiful! However, sometimes neighbors and the pool are really loud & intrusive because the walls and floors are so thin. I live right above the gym and we can hear people dropping their weights and running on their treadmills; this has only woken me up a few times though so it's bearable most of the time.
Response to service request was slow. Parking garage is a nightmare, too small and people drive way to fast. Walls in the apartment are paper thin, so the noise level is horrible.
Super great community to surround myself around. Can’t wait to live there my junior year. I think tre location is great, the amenities look very nice!
I’ve loved living here the past few months. Maintenance is always very helpful and on time when needed! I renewed my lease for next year and I can’t wait to spend another year here.
Decent apartment building. Maintenance is always on top of fixing anything that goes wrong right away. Some things about the design are off, for example the pool never gets any sun because it's always in the shade of the buildings. Houses and smaller apartment buildings in the area can be leased for much more reasonable prices.
I've had a great experience here. When I was signing my lease and continuing now the staff has always been very helpful. My apartment doesn't seem to have problems and if I ever do, maintenance is always quick to fix it
Ithe district is a place where you can relax, study be happy, run to the school if you’re late, or simply stay all day ling watching the oretgu view!
The floors are always dirty and the carpets are filthy. It's almost like no one even cleaned it in the first place. I really like the privacy but their is always weirdos on fourth
Dominique Aras M.
Love living at the district! Perfect location, close to both downtown and close enough to walk to campus. Great staff also, always willing to help.
Living at the district has given me so many amazing opportunities to explore what off campus life is like. Living right near fourth is such an advantage as well and the staff is very friendly.
Staff stays up to date on repairs. Very responsive and helpful front office. Some appliances are old but if you need them fixed then they will be. Would recommend, pretty cozy.
My resident experience at the District has been great these past 2 years! I am living there again for a third year and I love the staff who work at the District! They are always so helpful and whenever I am going to make a maintenance request or need help they respond to me so fast! Every time I have needed something fixed they come within 1-2 days!!
Overall I enjoy living here and have not had any complains recently. One thing that I would like to see is the fire by the pool on more often when it is cold out.
My resident experience has been great. The only things I can complain about is the noise due to the thin walls and the failure of the jacuzzi to work a lot of the time. Maintenance is good as well as the community aspect!
It has been great living here. I feel as though the staff is always ready to help and responds as quickly as they can to any needs we have. They are constantly updating everything to make it as nice to live in as possible.
Its been pretty great so far, staff has been accommodating. Facilities are nice, and I am excited for the the sauna to be open soon. Free printing is pretty great too.
So far applying to be a resident and signing the lease has been a pleasant process. I look forward to being a resident in August with my three roommates.
Jaicee Kay M.
I live in a four by four and the apartment is great. The kitchen is really nice and the living room is not too small or large. I like how the apartment came with a washer and a dryer. The furniture was in good condition when I arrived. The only things I have problems with is my room carpet (its stained and dirty--was like that when I moved in), the wifi (can be slow), and people in my building beginning to party at 2-3am. Overall, worth it living here, but could use a few updates.
The apartment community at the district is great. The staff and residents are both friendly however it can get a little loud during the week. There is great amenities that we have access to which I enjoy
The district is close to campus and the walk is great. Make sure you have personal Hotspot on your phone though because the WiFi always has problems. It is a good idea to have a door mat due to the dog piss, broken glass in the disgusting hallways. I don't advise people who are afraid to live with critters to live at the District. Some apartments have mice in the kitchen! If you have a car in the parking garage, you better practice holding your breath because the dumpsters/ waste area located in the parking garage stink! Section 5th housing!
Great place to live in no major problems with anything, very fun and social the pool is the best place to hang around. The gym is very convenient.
The district is a very nice and fun environment. I never have too worry about it being to loud in the hallways or worry about it being dirty with trash and other things
I love the apartment complex. It is the perfect distance from campus and is situated in a good place on 4th ave. Lots to do around the complex.
Great place to live! Close to campus, super friendly staff and a "homey" feel to the apartment. Maintenance fixes everything within 24 hours usually. Security walks around every night which makes me feel very safe!
The district on 5th community has been very friendly and helpful since I've started living here. In addition the community amenities are awesome. Thanks!
Expensive and rooms have minor maintenance issues, but they are spacious, in a great location, and the support staff is friendly and prompt.
So far so good, very close to campus and the sun link and to downtown. the pool and amenities are very nice. Also love how many of my friends live here !
Staff and maintenance are both great and super friendly! Location is awesome being walking distance to both downtown and campus! Great place to live!
Great place to stay, very modern, maintenance always helps out really quick, and everything is newer. I love how there is bathrooms in the rooms.
I really like living at the district. The ammentities are incredible and the office makes handling rent and other leasing problems so easy. The only problem I would say is how early the office closes.
It has been really great so far. Our apartment is nice! some things are not well put on and uneven but its still functional so its alright. I like the location and how there is a unlink right near us which is very convenient. I will probably release here :)
I’m very happy with my decision to live at the District. The staff responds to problems and requests very quickly which makes it a pleasant living experience. I’d reccomend the district to anyone looking to live off campus!
I really like the place, but there was a bug problem. Luckily, maintence responded quickly. The only thing I don’t really like is the toilet. It is constantly getting clogged.
I've really appreciated all of the amenities the district has to offer, and its been a really enjoyable stay thus far! Sadly I won't return, because of the expense.
My time here at the District has been very nice. The rooms and amenities that are offered at the District are nice and reliable. The community here is also very nice.
I think there should be a rate freeze when you first sign your lease. Also, the stuff in the gym is always broken and dirty. It's nice but not always worth the price
The District is a safe and comfortable environment for college students to live. It is a walkable distance from the UofA campus and right next to 4th ave that has small little shops and restaurants. The price is a bit high for rent, and the electric is inconvenient being paid separately from the rent bill.
Great experience! Super organized and the staff is extremely nice and respectful! Any problems we have had have been fixed in a timely manner
When things get dirty outside, takes a while to be cleaned up. I like the atmosphere, neighbors, and staff. Would recommend to a friend if they asked me
Great place to live, great proximity to campus, only downsides are the dumpster outside always smelling and how bad people are at parking in the garage, but other than that it’s awesome.
I love living here! The staff is very helpful when my roommates and I have issues. Also, the amenities are very well-kept as the pool and gym get a lot of activity.
The complex is always loud and all of the walls are very thin. The building and the things in it are poorly built. The front desk people can be condescending and rude.
Great communication with residents and their guarantors for what is going on in community. Really seem to care about having a good rental experience.
I think that when we moved in the apartment was very dirty, and it took us a long time to clean everything. Overall, the complex is very dirty and there is usually trash everywhere.
I like the faculty. Kinda bummed that the grill by the pool doesn't work because that means building one residents have to trek to the other buildings. You should get a bench press instead of the smith machine. Otherwise, pretty solid.
The District is amazing! I had sent in a maintenance request in and less than 30-45 minutes later i received a knock to have the issue fixed. The apartment complex has amazing workers and an amazing community. The rooms are very nice and spacious. Best apartment complex in Tucson.
I have enjoyed living at the District. The managment is great. I am concerned about how easy it is to open the metal hallway enterance doors from the main parking lot with no fob. Overall I really like the district and I think I will be renewing my lease.
I lived at the Hub near campus last year. All i have to say is that my experience here has been way quieter and more comfy experience. When we experienced an air conditioner problem we got help immindetaly, and even 24 hours later the faculty checked up on us. The nviornment is awesome! We have met so many awesome people in our hall.
I have really great roommates and I was paired up somewhat randomly. The apartment was fairly clean when I moved in and I would say that the only thing that I don't like is how noisy our neighbors can be late at night.
Garbage collection areas need to be cleaned out more frequently. It sucks having to wait days before being able to take out your recycling because both bins are full and you aren't gonna be that person who dumps it on the ground. That's just the biggest issue I have; the trash areas are disgusting because people don't properly dispose of their trash. Noise levels are forgivable except when people start yelling in the pool area after midnight for several minutes and nothing is done to shut them up.
Improve the WiFi. Great location. Fridge with running water would be nice. More sound proof doors. Improve the beds. Also the train is really loud
I absolutely love this place. Moved in for fall 2017 and I have really liked my time here. The balcony I have is amazing. Maybe the security for the bikes could be improved but apart from that this place is great
Apartments and spacious and have everything you need. All the amenities available are great. Staff are very nice. Not much more you could want.
The district is really close to campus and the apartments are great! The smoke alarms go off a lot though for no apparent reason! Also sometimes it can be loud on weekends, but overall great!
Tatum Elizabeth K.
Love the rooms, it isn't as loud as other apartment complexes which I really enjoy. However, the parking situation is hard for my roomate who isn't able to pay for the garage parking currently and there is a lack of parking outside for residents.
I really like it here. Everyone is very very nice. the hallways are clean. The people very is nice. They amenities are really really great. d
Community is great, staff is very helpful even in the very strange situations I've encountered during my time in the apartment. Been here for 3 years now and very satisfied.
I've really enjoyed the hospitality and friendly environment of living at the district. I use the gym and other facilities frequently and everything has been in great condition.
Residence experience has been great! Super friendly staff and environment. They are very efficient with any questions, concerns. Would absolutely recommend to friends.
Usually really good, though the internet sometimes goes down for iPhones and Apple devices, and has trouble going back up. Also calls usually drop for no reason even when I am not moving and in my room
Jonathan Richard W.
The community is overall great and I love being so close to campus. It makes it convenient for me to get to class. There are some issues but nothing that maintenance can’t fix.
Not bad so far, wish the hallways were cleaner. The staff is very helpful and kind, overall not bad but the hallways in building 3 are disgusting if those could get cleaned up.
Upstairs is slightly noisy but i love the environment and homey vibes of our apartment complex. The District staff is on top of things and maintenance is very helpful and attentive
The staff is super helpful and nice. The community is very nice and to top it off the apartments are so nice! Great place to have your first apartment for college.
Amazing service and quick maintenance! Unfortunately the hot tub isn't working properly right now. It's close proximity to school and is easily accessible to the sunlink.
I've only lived here for a month so far, but I'm pretty happy! The layout of the apartment is great, the amenities are great, and the location is great. The only flaw is the messiness of some of the tenants, but I guess that comes with the territory when living with a bunch of other college kids.
The facilities are nice and clean. The staff are all very nice and the location is perfect for going to school and going downtown. Would definitely recommend to a friend
Overall, the apartment complex is very clean with great service. If you need something fixed, they come that same day most often. The people in the office are always friendly and welcoming! Only thing I would complain about is the occasional wifi failures. Otherwise, really great place to live and I would recommend it to a friend.
I enjoy the living space a lot, but we have issues with our thermostat. I enjoy the neighboring people as well as they are not disturbing at all.
I really enjoy the community for it allows me to meet new people yet still have privacy. With open areas that allow you to meet with friends and have study sessions it really gives me lots of opportunities
The district is great because you don't have to worry about getting furniture or appliances. However, our appliances are very out of date and barely functional.
Great apartment! Maintenance requests take a while to complete but they do typically get the job done. Amenities are great so far and I have enjoyed my time here.
Amazing apartment so convenient and close to campus. The people are all very nice and I feel like I'm living in luxury apartments and I'm in college. Would recommend to anybody at UofA
I really enjoy living here the people at the front desk are very nice and caring, the only complain I have is the hallway is always dirty I wish they cleaned it more often.
Love it but the hallways are really gross and for sure need to be cleaned and maybe even painted. I love the apartment itself it is beautiful.
I have lived at the District on 5th for 2 months now and have really enjoyed it. It is a good distance from campus where it is not too crazy and the size of the apartments is much better than other apartments near campus.
Overall, the service and amenities at the District are really great. For being a college student apartment housing, the rec room and pool area is always cleaned and the rooms are nice and updated. The staff service can be a little slow, but they are very respectful and are happy to comply unlike many other student housing in Tucson. The only thing to keep in mind is the noise levels on Thursdays but other than that I am happy with my choice here at the district!
Living at the district has been a pleasant experience. Living near downtown I had some reservations but the security around the area and community has made me feel safe. I can't wait for another year here!
Overall I enjoy living in this community, this complex is in a good location and is overall clean and well-kept. However one thing that could be improved is the community printer. Often it runs out of ink and management takes weeks to replace it.
I really enjoy living at the district! The staff is so friendly and they are usually very quick to help if ever an issue! Everyone should consider living here!
Need to work on making the apartment building more of a community. Also, there always seems to be an issue going on, last year a lot of things happened that could have been avoided.
Meghan Nicole S.
I love living here! It's close to campus, clean, and has great amenities. The gym is a good size and there's never really a wait for the different machines.
Great place to live. Complex is always clean and love everything it includes and how close it is to campus. Very helpful employees as well, always are there when you need any questions answered and or help with anything.
I appreciated all of amenities and excellent customer service, however the cleanliness in hallways/stairwells could be improved. Aside from that, my year at The District was a great experience and definitely would recommend this complex for anyone that's looking to be close enough to campus, but enjoy different parts of Tucson.
I like the apartment community, but I think the thin walls (noise level), and the staffs lack of desire to keep the exercise room clean can be a bit frustrating.
Amanda Kate B.
The district of 5th is a great apartment! They are very helpful and efficient. The only issue is the pool does not get sun all day long but other than that its good.
The district on 5th is a fantastic place to live. The activities and general vibe of the district make it a fun and interesting place to live. Awesome!
This apartment complex was pretty good. It is pretty close to school and easy to get to. I loved being able to take SunLink to school every day.
Overall living here has been an experience. I have made so many maintenance calls which is frustrating but maintenance is always timely (although they sometimes leave a mess). The amenities are great and the location is almost perfect. Not the safest area but very close to campus. The train is sooo loud but I am getting used to it. I resigned my lease to live here again next year.
The District has been great. Whenever i put in a request it's done the next day and the staff is friendly. Only semi issue is the trash that tends to fill up and smell quickly as well as the hallways which can get pretty dirty.
Clean buildings and friendly staff! Always running around getting things done and very efficient with packages that arrive at the facility. Great service!
Great apartment I love the modern design , staff is very friendly , very organized , maintence is quick and staff keeps the place clean. Only problem is there's hardly ever internet it sucks when your trying to do homework .
You're doing good, but a lot of things remain unfixed for long periods of time. Also is there a way to make the hallways more clean? They are kind of dirty. You do really good with making sure residents are quiet because we've been told my apartment is too loud often.
Meghan Nicole S.
Nice place to live! Full of college kids my age and everyone is nice! The staff is extremely nice helpful with answering questions. Maintenance responds quickly when there is an issue. Only complaint is that it can get dirty in the hallways after some weekends.
I really love the district on 5th and really enjoy living here! It has so much to offer and is not that far from campus, which is a HUGE plus!
The experience has been good. Good security. Better noise control would be good. Lighting the garage better would make it safer and more appealing.
No major problems, however we apparently have an alarm system that is broken, we were told it would be fixed, and has not been mentioned since. However we do not feel unsafe enough for this to be an issue.
I went on a tour with my family and the tour guide was super knowledgeable and nice. The apartments are so pretty and I can't wait to live here!
You ruined too many parties of ours and we constantly throw bangers that are being shut down by security. They come at least 5 times a night and its annoying.
I think the district On 5th community is doing a very good job. Any time I've needed to pick up a package from the front desk it has been with ease.
I like living here. However, the walls are super thin, you hear everything. Also, when I moved in the apartment was really gross, it had not been cleaned, There was a banana peel on my bedroom floor.
Overall the District is a great place to live. The rooms are nice and the appliances are good. The workout room is conviene and nice. The pool is really cool, only issue is it is usually in the shade.
Constantly having a positive attitude. Never experienced such great consistent customer service. They truly care about you and what you want.
Too noisy. Always loud music being played late hours in the night. Girls in heels can be heard very clearly walking down the hall. Noise levels need to be reduced.
Really enjoyable living situation. A good apartment for transition from dorm to real world. Great location near the sunlink and great amenities with a solid staff that is available to help whenever necessary.
Except for the fire alarm going off at 4:30 AM on Saturday, I think the District is doing very well. I have absolutely loved my apartment here at the District.
Great! Very organized. However I think that the printer needs to be more reliable. Overall enjoying my experience at the district! I love it
you are doing quite well and i enjoy my place that i live in, i wish this thing was more easy to use and easier to get points. I think that this is an interesting thing to have to encourage more customers.
I really like being at the district. So far this year, I have found awesome people to be around and I absolutely love my roommates. I absolutely love the district.
This community is great, the staff and people living here are all so nice. I am glad you guys continue to put on socials to help the people living here make new friends.
Everything has been pretty well other than getting work orders done in a timely manner. Bbq grills are still not working in my building and the building over, work order was put in well over a month and a half ago
I love living here! The rooms are nice and spacious and if there is a problem with something, the maintenance comes within a day. The office staff is helpful and the pool are is one of the nicest I have seen. However, it is a little on the expensive side of apartments in Tucson but I can see that it may be worth it.
Good distance from campus, safe, easy access to car garage!
However, the carpets are absolutely disgusting and NEED to be replaced. Appliances have worked pretty good so far, and any issues we have had have gotten fixed immediately
Overall I like District on 5th, the complex is close to campus, very affordable, and has the necessary amenities in the apartments and around the complex. One thing I do not like, however, is the responsiveness of staff. When putting work orders in, it takes forever to get them filled and sometimes they have been canceled out all together without maintenance coming to fix the problem. Also, the printer in the building has been out of ink for over a month now, and despite my roommates and I putting in work orders through the website in about it, nothing has been done. One of the perks of living here was the printer, and it is ridiculous that residents paying a good amount of money to live here no longer have that to use.
Love my apartment space! The fact that I am on the corner makes it very convenient and the staff and maintenance has been very helpful whenever I have any issues.
Love everything about it. easy to get to classes, has nice amenities, rooms are spacious enough of my stuff, 4th ave has tone of activities you can participate in
Sometimes it reallly sticks on the stairs of the third floor. This also correlates with the garbage. It just sits out there. Also in the garage maybe some speed bumps
Overall I enjoy living at the District on 5th! It's close to campus, the apartments are new and comfortable, and the gym and pool are great as well. The staff is all very nice and helpful. My only two complaints would be that the wifi is slow, and we have been waiting weeks for a maintenance request to be fulfilled. Other than that no serious complaints! Would recommend to a friend.
I love it here, but sometimes it takes a little while for things to get fixed. Besides that everything is great and I would highly recommend to a friend and it is a very friendly community.
The staff is always very helpful and inviting. The building is always well maintained. I think it is necessary to make residents aware when certain amenities are unavailable through email.
A little noisy but not so bad. I think the noise lessens the further you get from the entrances to the building (we're right next to an entrance)
The staff is very friendly and very punctual when completing maitenance requests. The environment is fun and inviting-the only issue is the trash management gets to be a little gross at times since the dump is so close to where we live.
Has been solid could be better with pets. The rooms are very nice and in good condition, friendly residents and staff. Not too far from campus so it is easy to go back and forth from class.
The apartments are extremely convenient and the service has been excellent. I have really enjoyed living here so far and I am very happy with the District.
pretty decent place to live, i enjoy the rooms and the kitchen space is just what i need to cook at home. I love being on the fifth floor as well and having my own space for once.
So far, really enjoy living at the district. There are so many amenities and the staff is really helpful. My only complaint is the amount of noise but other than that, I have had no problems.
The new lights that were installed in the parking lot and around the building make me feel a lot safer to be walking to the apartment at night.
Good job, the staff and maintenance are very kind. I have enjoyed living here and wish I could live here again. The complex is clean and the pool is very nice and relaxing.
the desk should stay open later. and the people at the pool are obnoxious... they won't stop making noise even though it's 10:30 PM during finals week...
I have lived here for 3 years and have been very sarisfied with my apartment and the amenities, overall. The office staff is always very nice and welcoming and maintenance responds quickly to requests.
Awesome, pool, rec room and gym are always clean, staff is always friendly, carne-asada tacos are legen- wait for it....dary. Could keep the stairs and hallways cleaner.
The Ethernet ports don't work in our apartment but the place is usually clean. Customer service has been good and its close to campus and on 4th ave
The office staff is really nice and helpful. Packages are given on time and maintenance requests are taken care of right away. Older maintenance staff guy could be a little nicer though, the couple times he's visited my apartment he's been really rude but the new guy is really awesome. The new guy came to fix my fan in my room and did it really fast and was super nice. Love living here.
I've over all had a great experience at the District. I just think the appliances could be updated a little bit more. I also think that the electric bill was much higher than others and we could never figure out why because we conserved energy as much as we could.
I've lived here for over a year and it's been great! While it has some small issues, like very place has, I think it's overall been a wonderful experience. The people who live here are awesome, the management is super understanding when something goes wrong, maintenance is almost always quick and efficient, it's just an overall good first apartment to have.
I am not a fan of the early hot tub closing time especially because I am paying so much money to live here. Also, I am happy that the internet finally got fixed.
I really like the way you guys work. Very clean hallways all the time. I live in the house, and you guys have been very helpful, even though the house was in pretty iffy shape when we arrived.
It has been very comfortable living here at the District. Plenty of amenities, great location to everything, and always something to do and new people to meet.
Internet is a little spoty still, but either than that, everything has been pretty good. Maintenance has been fairly reliable in the long run.
Have had more than my fair share of issues, definitely disappointed with the maintenance workers. Tubs were black when we moved in, dish washer loves to flood the floor, and the sink drains love to clog
Mostly great, but sometimes our apartment gets a strange smell. And the guys who come round and check the room on room inspection day are kinda rude.
I have had a great experience with the staff. Everyone is friendly and tries to help in every way possible. I had one time where they could not help me, but I was able to fix my problem on my own.
I love living at the district. I love the pool and all the amenities, but the only thing that bothers me is my room being on 6th street. It gets very loud.
It's alright. Close to campus and bars. Need to work on wifi. And I don't get service in my apartment. Neither do either of my roommates. The workers are friendly and good at remembering people. The area is really sketchy. Be careful outside.
I truly enjoy living at the district. There are amazing amenities and the rooms are the perfect balance to give you social time with your roommates and private time for yourself. However, maintenance is a bit unreliable when scheduled. The time agreed upon is almost never the time they come.
I recently just got my bike stole from the garage and unfortunately the same thing just happened to my roommate (also got stolen from the garage). We both had U-locks, which are nearly impossible to break. I would suggest having better security for that because I'm starting to feel like my car also isn't safe.
Everything is great except the Internet and parking. Yall said the Internet would be better with the new company, but it's still just as bad. Also the parking is horrible, I think you need a way of only allowing residents to park in the lot, because I have had a lot of problems recently trying to find a spot.
I love living here. Its the perfect balance of getting a college experience but also being able to live at your own expense. However the floors are nasty
Very good location for off campus. Easy to get to and from campus which I like. Not sure about the parking garage situation because people that have outside parking pass park inside and so its a challenge to find spots.
This year a couple of things have broken in my apartment The District was able to fix my problems within hours of calling them! The staff and everyone is very friendly, even when receiving noise complaints they were never rude and simply would tell us to turn it down, which we did.
Its a nice complex and well-maintained. There are many amenities that I enjoy such as grills, pool, pool table, gym, and others. It is also convenient to downtown and 4th street, which is great since it is a great place for students. I am enjoying myself at the District.
Zachary Michael B.
The district on 5th is a great place to live. Maintenance is always efficient, management is always helpful, and it is the most affordable option that is closest to campus
District is a great place to live. Management is super helpful (they even jump started my car when I needed it). The apartments are nice themselves, a few maintenance issues but that is to be expected. They are very fast with fixing any issues.
Overall great living experience! Have to do a better job maintaining the pool area and hallways, however. Other than that, very comfortable!
The actual apartment is clean and kept in good condition from lease to lease. The mail room, computer center and gym are also in great condition.
I think the district is an amazing place to live! I like the pool and workout room as well except it would be nice to have a free weight squat rack. I gave it 3/5 stars because the internet sucks so bad. This is a huge problem because i really need internet for school and many times i have to go to the library to complete my work.
Overall I think the District is doing a great job with satisfying their residents. I enjoy living here and this apartment complex definitely appeals to me.
Good location close to campus and downtown, the staff is always helpful, and the rec is amazing. The pool is my favorite place to hang out with friends.
I really love living here! The amenities are nice and the staff is usually very attentive! The only thing I struggle with is the sometimes on/off wifi issues and lack of service! But I renewed my lease for next year already because I really love the location and living here in general!
Great service. Staff is very very helpful and friendly. Gym and pool are great! Room and bathroom sizes are nice! Location is nice too! I always feel safe
Halls seem to always be a mess. The walls are quite thin as well. I live near the pool and people tend to play music very loudly after mid night
Nice central location to everything, close to campus and the streetcar is extremely convenient. However the train can be heard at all times, and near the beginning of the lease, the Internet was a bit unstable. It has gotten better, although it recently was down for more than an entire day at a time. For the most part though, it's a decent place to live, and maintenance is quick to fix something whenever they are informed of it.
Jonathan Richard W.
Could have been better, disappointed with how much money we spend when a lot of the time things don't work. I live in the 3rd building and I am on the street, if I knew that was an option I would not have lived here. I hear cars every second of the day.
Love staying here! Such a professional staff and calm environment. Sometimes the area can get a little noisy due to be so close to downtown but it is bareable.
I've lived here for just a couple months but have already really enjoyed it! Any problems I've had have been addressed almost immediately. Only reoccurring issue is the wifi going down
The closeness to campus is fantastic and the rooms are a great size for sharing with 4 people, just the train, traffic and the bars can make nights where you want to sleep in a disaster!
I think the district is a good place to live. The living conditions are nice and it is such a good location. I have had a couple problems but other than that, I like living here!
I love living here at the district. It's in a great location relative to campus and the apartments are comfortable and spacious. I'm definitely considering living here next year as well!
The wifi here never works and every worker I ever talk too says that there is nothing that they can do to help. The managers here are nice and helpful but the people they hire to work at the office are rude and very unhelpful.
I don't have any complaints except that I have had to make the same maintenance request three times already and still no one has showed up.
Marielle Briana K.
Awesome student housing that is fully furnished, has a parking garage, own private gym and very helpful staff. The best part is the prices are very reasonable for everything that is included.
Welcoming community, with well furnished apartments. Room sizes are not equal, which is not the best. The walls you can hear through, which also isn't great. Other then that it is a very good apartment with many amenities.
My experience at the District has been very well. Whenever I have issues they are quickly solved by just a phone call. The staff is always friendly and ready to help in any way they can.
I love living here at the District on 5th. The pool is my favorite part of the complex, always so calm and inviting. The rooms are also very nice and spacious.
Good apartment complex! I love all the amenities provided for residents, and how the maintenance requests are responded to quickly. Only downside is the thin walls & how easily sound travels between rooms/apartments.
I love it here! The gym and pool are amazing and I love being so close to campus. thank you for making this such a fun sophomore year for me!
Management is great, and they are pretty quick to resolve issues such as maintenance in the apartments and so on. It is relatively clean in the hallways and other community places such as the parking garage, though it can become a trash pit over the weekends, due to the parties that residents throw. The noise level from other residence of the complex is absurd, because you can hear people walking through the halls or in the apartment above yours, at all hours of the day and night. And the train isn't too far away, so that can be heard as well.
I really like the rooms and bathrooms as well as the amenities. The showers could be updated as the pressure is not always very good and the pool could be cleaned more often
Location is perfect to campus, nice apartment living with other UofA students, close to nearby restaurants, easy transportation (sunlink) and walking distance from campus
Management is good and hallways as well as pool are always kept cleaning. Sometimes maintenance can be slow but other than that no real problems!
The experience so far has been very pleasant and I have been pleased with all the facilities. The only negative is that it is hard to meet people in other apartments and I've heard at many other complexes they offere events for residents to participate in
My experience here at the district on 5th is great, I am enjoying living here a lot. The staff is friendly, eager, and is always helpful. The maintenance staff is great and always get the job done.
The District is a pretty nice place. The facilities are above average and the staff is helpful (especially Maddi Porter). The wifi is lacking for sure and that is why not 5/5 stars.
I love this place. It is a great place to live as a college student. It is a clean and safe environment. I am able to study, have a great social life, and be comfortable at the District on 5th.
The district overall is a great place to live and is very safe! The amenities are great and very convenient. Management is great when you have a problem with something they are quick to take care of it
My only complaint would be that we have an out dated refrigerator compared to other rooms and that the doors and cabinets are EXTREMELY loud and squeaky.
Erin Kay S.
I have loved living at the district this past year. Its a great environment and I love my apartment. The only complaint is I wish maintenance requests were done in a more timely manner, but I understand how many people live here. The location is great too!!
great place to live all of my roommates love living her, I would recumbent living her to just about any one. I think this is the best type of "home away from home"
The District is an awesome place to live. The complex really feels like a community and everyone that works here is extremely friendly and professional.
So far my experience at the district has been great. There have been a few things we have had to call maintaince for but otherwise it's good
I've had a great experience during my stay at the District on 5th during the last year & a half. I haven't had many difficulties throughout my stay.
Everything has been great! A little slow to fix the internet but that is all. Front desk has been very friendly and helpful. The rooms are great.
Internet isn't great and it can be noisy. The halls get dirty and sometimes smell like garbage. Overpriced for what you get. However the apartments are nice.
The district has been a nice place to stay so far. It was not as clean as I would've liked it when I moved in but when I needed something fixed it was done fast.
Doing great so far. Only nuance is the parking garage gates breaking but that's not a big deal. Maintenance requests are very quick and very objective.
It's an upscale living environment however can be loud at times. Friendly staff and community. Me and my roommates absolutely love living here!
When we moved in to the district it was very bad. A lot of things were broken in our apartment and it was dirty. You guys have helped in every way fixing all of our issues!
I would have given the district 4 stars up until this year where there is more theft then in prior years. It seems like everyday there is something else missing from bikes in the parking garage. They should invest in security cameras
I absolutely love the District! Its my home away from home! Its comfortable and has all the amenities you could ever need! I have made so many friends here. They have become family to me. And this is all because we all chose the District on 5th!
I have had no problems here so far! Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. I do wish some of staff was more experienced in their field though.
I have things broken in my room maintenance still hasn't came, but other than that very good job. I love my apartment and the atmosphere of the district is great.
I love living at the district minus a few things. The carpets need to be cleaned or replaced and the pool needs some matinence. Other than that everything is nice.
The community is nice, but the way things are built aren't. My light is my kitchen is always going out and the walls are way too thin. But the view to my apartment is nice and it's in a great location.
I like the community a lot. The only major fault is that the pool is often very noisy. Usually it is from people partying or whatnot at the pool, but over the weekends when it gets really loud, I would like a little bit of regulation.
I really enjoy living at the district because the rooms are all a very nice size and they also come furnished. I love the location of the district, it isn't too far from campus.
This is a great place to live. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff responds quickly to requests and problems.
I really enjoy living at the district but it can be too loud sometimes. It is close to several restaurants and shops and not too far from the UofA.

I like living here but don't love it. I've had multiple issues in my apartment that shouldn't have occurred. Besides that the location is great
I have lived in the District for the past two years and I love it. This year we are having multiple issues but the staff and maintenance has been very helpful!
I feel like the staff could be more helpful. I also had a very terrible time moving in because of mistakes made by the staff. I had to pay $30 a day to compensate for the expedited cleaning service, yet my apartment was not clean when I moved in. There was dirt all over my carpet, boot prints in my bathtub, and food in all of my appliances. When I discussed this with the staff, they denied it could be possible and made it seem like I was making it up. They made me feel stupid and disrespected. They also mixed up my roommates rooms, which caused a disagreement before we had even moved in.
Besides the wifi and squeaky doors I love it. I just wish the walls were a little bit thicker because I can hear the people living below me talking
I love living at the district couldn't be happier. I love having my own room and bathroom. My favorite part is our beautiful kitchen and great amenities.
I love living at the district! It's a modern, upscale place for college kids to live. The only downside is the maintinance. They are nice people, but I've put in maintenance requests that have not been filled. There has been vomit by the elevator in the 5th floor of the garage since the week we moved in. And the hot tub is broken, I love hot tubs.

My experience had been great so far. I was a bit concerned when moving in because my apartment was not clean and the appliances smelled like they were burning. Upon submitting maintenance requests all of my needs were handled. Staff has been more than willing to assist as well.
The printer is sometimes not working as promptly as it should be fixed but the staff is fairly friendly and organized. Also I was dissapointed with the lack of cleanliness in the rooms prior to move in. This app is cool though defininetly a plus
I love living here, usually isn't too loud despite a lot of the yelp reviews and the apartments are really cute. Only problem is when people break glass or leave trash in the hallway and its left there for a while.
Staying here for 1 month so far, the stay has been great. The only issues that I have are that on weekdays some residence are throwing parties until late in the night. The other issue is that the hallways are staring to smell and get sticky.
Overall fine, however maintenance takes forever for issues that should be resolved quickly. Also the fact that the Wifi is always out is frustrating too.
So far the staff has been so helpful with any problems we may have, and the walls are way thicker than I
thought they would be. Even better than I expected in all ways!
Everything has been great so far! Lovely Amenities and great staff! They are always more than willing to help and go out of there way. Always have a great experience with them
The maintenance is not very good. There is always stuff broken in the fitness center. The hallways are pretty dirty. The walls are thin so it is loud.
Overall, my experience has been alright. My concerns are that the wifi is never ever working and I have to leave just to get homework done, as well as how dirty and gross the room was, as well as the common areas. The main elevator has had puke on the wall for a week. Ew come on

The District on 5th is so homey and the staff here are all so nice! The gym and pool are also great facilities and being away from home has been easy because I feel safe here at the District.(:
I have been living at the District for the past 3 years now and everything is pretty good around here. The staff in the office are always so friendly when I need something, the gym is small but perfect to meet my needs, and the maintenance staff tend to every issue very quickly!
i have lived here for two years and I have enjoyed it. I have submitted a few noise complaints and they were handled promptly but the individuals continued to do it. I would suggest harsher punishments for those who continue to violate.
You guys are doing a good job. The rooms are nice and the maintenance team does a good job making repairs in a timely manner. The pool gets no sun though.
The District is a very nice apartment complex! It is in a perfect location, less than a mile from the University of Arizona campus and basically right on 4th ave. It offers some great amenities such as a nice fitness center, a luxurious looking pool, etc. I have been beyond pleased with everything so far and would definitely recommend living here.
We really enjoyed our experience at The District and would definitely live here again. Great location, great staff, and excellent amenities.
The District is a super convenient place to live at with a reasonable price. I love the amenities that they offer and how willing and easy it is to fix things when they are broken. The pool is a great place to tan all year round and the gym has a lot of equipment that makes it an easy option to workout without having to go on campus
So far I've had a very good experience at the District on 5th. Maintenance come shortly after requested and is so kind to residents. Office staff is very helpful as well
I have been living at the district on 5th for the past year now and I love it a lot. I am renewing next year because I love the rooms and the location.
Mail is sometimes slow at being delivered. It is very loud at night, especially on the weekends. The walls are very thin so I can hear everything. The people who live above me are extremely loud.
It's a great place to meet new friends. This apartment has a great pool area as well as covered parking. Sometimes the noise can get a little bit too much but it is not that bad.
Great place to live! This is my second year living here at the District and I will be sad to be leaving this year since I am graduating. Would recommend to anyone.
I thought you did a fantastic job with services and your maintenance. I really enjoyed the community and I thought the staff did a fantastic job of answering my questions and helping me.
I have loved living here over the past three years!! I can not imagine living anywhere else. I am going to truly miss it once I move out at the end of the year.
Good experience, nice facilities. However, it's very noisy due to the thin walls. And late night noise complaints aren't always addressed. Rooms are well maintained.
The halls are dirty and people are gross but it is fine. I don't like how reckless people are in the garages. The staff sometimes comes to fix problems
It was a good place to live with the exception of the very thin walls, and maintenance wasn't always that great with the facility but I liked the location
The security is very annoying even if the music is barely loud. The rooms are nice and the maintenance staff fixes things quickly no matter what the request
The District on 5th avenue is a solid choice to live at. Maintenance is especially fast to respond to any issues. The location is also good.
My experience here at The District has been great so far! I love my apartment and the amenities that come with living here. The pool is definitely a plus when the temperature heats up!
When I first moved in, my room was very dirty. My carpet was dirty, my bathroom was dirty (especially that bathtub), and the kitchen was dirty. The parking lot garages seem to always be broken.
However, I do like that there is often security or police offers present because it makes me feel safer.
I love living here! Nice facilities and good location. Close to campus and fourth ave. A very social community, modern amentities. Love the gym and tanning bed.
The district is a fabulous place to live! Very close to campus. The only reason why I didn't give it five stars is because the location of my room. It is right on fourth ave. and I hear music playing from a restaurant very loudly until 2 AM on Friday and Saturday nights...it can sometimes be hard to sleep.
Doing great. Only thing that I would suggest is cleaning hallways and stair cases. Also heating the pool because it's so cold that no one ever gets in
I've really enjoyed living in this building for the last year and can't wait to be here again next year as a senior! The District is very in tune with residents' needs and desires and I appreciate the personable service I've received.
It definitely could be better but the location is good and it is usually quiet when it needs to be. The gym is super convenient and the jacuzzi is a good time
The district is a great location to live. Close to campus as well as downtown and right off of 4th ave which is always full of life. The staff are brilliant and the apartments themselves are incredible.
I really like living at the district. It's location is great because you're within walking distance or streetcar/bike of campus but also basically on fourth ace which has great dining and some shopping. I love the apartments themselves but the hallways and stairwells can get kind of gross but tolerable.
The District on 5th is great! This is my second year here and I love it. It has a prime location being on 4th avenue where I also happen to work. The only thing I wish it had was some kind of basketball or sand volleyball court.
The district is a great place to live because they take such good care of their residents and it is so close to campus! The office staff works incredibly hard to make sure everyone's needs are met.
The building is well maintained and semi quiet when I want it to be. It's also close to the university of arizona campus, so that is a perk of living there.
The District is very good with speedy maintenance requests. However, I have sent in emails about a few things around the community which are not being replied to or fixed.
I love the District and the location of the building. I find it easy to get to 4th, downtown, and campus. The staff are always friendly and easy to work with.
The district has always be a nice place for me. The location is perfect in regards to it being right next to fourth avenue and walking/biking distance from campus. However, I thin kthey should really improve on parking outside of the garage as there is very little and it is unfair to those who have the outside passes who have to fight with people who park there without any permit whatsoever. Cmon people, fix this.
My experience at the district has been ok, mediocre at most. I'm pretty lenient on noise, but having to hear the train every night, as well as the people living above me walk every 5 seconds, there's a problem here. It's also not the cleanest place I've ever been to, definitely not worth the price I paid for the apartment.
The District is one of the nicest off campus housing near the U of A. Each room is very spacious and the apartment comes fully furnished. The pool area is so nice especially the outdoor T.V.'s. Great place to live!
Living at the district was a great experience and I enjoyed every moment of it. I really liked how the management here was on their A game with everything that did go wrong sometimes. Overall great experience !
For me the best part about living at the District is that it is a much more traditional vibe compared to the modern looks of hub and level. This environment provided make it a lot more comfortable for me to adjust to. The one thing that bothered me about living here though, is the amount of sunlight that the pool doesn't receive.
Overall the district on fifth is a great place to live. However, the price is a little expensive in the maintenance staff can sometimes be a little rude. However whenever I go down to the lobby Steve management there is always so nice and helpful.
Great location on 4th ave, right between campus and downtown! The streetcar stops right by the complex making it easy to get around. Also awesome amenities and staff, especially the student staff.
Love the location. When I moved in this place was really dirty and I never feel clean in my apartment. Other than that living at the district has been nice and very convenient.
The community and the pool side has kept clean. The facility and the environment are clean, quite, and feels like home. Even though I did not go to the gym often, the gym seems clean. Most equipments are working and not broken. The only faulty thing is the gym does not provide many equipments. Maybe some old equipments can be taken out and be replaced by newer different equipments.
District employees are always extremely helpful and genuine. Whenever I have a problem, they are very helpful. I also think they do a wonderful job of keeping up with events to give back to their residents.
The district is great, however some things are out of their control especially the noise. It gets pretty loud and the walls here are super thin. Also parking in the garage is super difficult.
Wifi has been bad in my apartment all year. Cleanliness of halls could improve. Love the people who work there and the layout of the apartments.
Sometimes our apartment stinks because of the garbage disposal and we have tried to have someone fix it but it still stinks so we have to keep our patio door open.Everything else has been good and everything is very well maintained.
